Community Health Centers

I will start off by saying that I was greeted with a nice receptionist and got signed in, it wasn’t till I saw the dental department that I became truly discouraged. I was there with my daughter who needed dental work done. The MA who assisted us was very rude and negative. She talked to us like we where not worthy of her time. The doctor came to see us and her recommendations for treatment where insane, I never heard if pulling s child’s teeth and not just one but almost all of them. My daughter was sent there by the insurance company for a second opinion and the first opinion didn’t involve any extractions. I know our insurance has strict guidelines but I don’t believe the way we where treated was called for. My child was well behaved and I felt like they didn’t want to waste their time fixing her teeth but simply just wanted to take the easy way out at the cost of a child’s smile.
I would never recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality job done. My child is 3 and pulling all her molars is an insane suggestion.

No stars if I could choose it but had to pick at least one star, my girlfriend went there with the kids good thing I had work because I would have caused a seen. When she got there, there was know where to sit so she sat on the floor with my kids and a Hispanic worker there told her she could not sit on the floor or she could trip someone so they made her stand with the kids and fill out all the paper work. So finally she got to the dr and they wanted to pull out all of my 3 year old daughters molars out and put sliver on her front teeth so she would have no teeth they were to lazy to fix them the right way with the insurance we had, sounds like child abuse to me any way horrible people would never take my kids there ever again.
