Two consecutive incomplete services caused me to rethink using this company. For example, simple things that shouldn’t have been overlooked were: some furniture wasn’t dusted, kitchen floor wasn’t clean, one of the bathroom floors wasn’t clean, area above medicine cabinets and bathroom mirrors was quite dusty, etc. I was offered a re-do, which I declined, because I did the re-do myself. The office people, Mary and Lana, are good people. The owner … not so. I asked for a partial refund, which after a few phone calls over the course of a month, was denied. I’ve been left with no other recourse except to dispute the charge on my credit card. Merry Maids owner said, «no refunds» as I signed a contract and paragraph #16 said, «no refunds.» Good business people understand the value of integrity, which is about doing the right thing. Caveat emptor.
