This CVS should get a negative five stars for the following: 1. Terrible attitude: when I walked in with a receipt and the merchandise I wanted to return, Mr. Cashier(an African American guy) asked me: «Why can’t you go to the CVS you bought these from?» He had a very long face and an attitude which made me feel like I committed a crime and was caught on the spot! I told him I had never had any problem returning anything to any CVS store regardless where I bought it. He ignored me. So I had to have him call his manager for assistance. 2. The store manager Vannek agreed to ring up the refund for me, but he took two dollars(plus tax) out of my refund. I corrected him, he said he had to do it because there’s a $ 6 coupon I used for my purchase. He was either too bad in doing simple math, or he did it intentionally just to penalize me for returning the stuffs I bought from another CVS store. Anyway being there for 45 minutes, I ended up with partial refund and really bad attitude from both the store manager and his employee. There was no apology, no patience and absolutely no customer service at this CVS store. The store manager even harassed me by saying, «go ahead and give your feedback to CVS and anyone you want, and tell them to come to talk to me. Be sure to include my name!» 3. The reason I returned two out of three items I bought was because for exactly the same thing, Walmart’s prices are $ 5 and $ 8 dollars cheaper, CVS sure knows how to rip us off! If you want good service and reasonable prices, stay away from this CVS, there’s nothing but angry employee/manager, bad attitude and over-priced merchandise there!

I have been frequenting this CVS for a while now since my company began using Caremark for prescriptions. The main thing I appreciate about this pharmacy is the drive thru-can’t beat that! The pharmacy has always been great for me… text message reminders for pick up, always available and attentive when I call or have questions, and the staff has always been courteous! One young lady even knew how to pronounce my name correctly without me telling her! That’s rare! Today, I decided to go into the store and they had Poppcorners(chips made out of popcorn) in a large sized bag. I’d never seen that before! I took two bags to the pharmacy, which had a little bit of a wait, but I didn’t mind because Janet was very kind in addressing each person in line to acknowledge the wait in a sincere fashion. I had called yesterday to ask that another prescription be filled — it wasn’t. But Janet asked if I had a moment to wait for it to be filled, which I did, then filled it within minutes. Nothing beats great customer service!

NOSTARS. Just got off the phone with the pharmacist where she called me a liar and accused me of being crazy(I called a different store & insisted I didn’t). I have Google Voicemail and ALL of my voicemails are recorded and saved. I played the message back for the pharmacist proving that her employee called me from her pharmacy and she insisted it didn’t happen and I’m the problem. I will be calling CVS Corporate Office on Tuesday to play them the message but I will not spend another dollar at this location EVER… and yes I am transferring my prescriptions away from CVS

Convenient location, the pharmacy is always crowded but they tend to work the line pretty quickly. I have always had a pleasant experience here when it comes to customer service. All the staff members are friendly and accommodating. They are also very helpful when you are trying to locate something, they recommend the store brand often which is usually 5 or so dollars cheaper, excellent prices.

I went into CVS to get some pictures printed. The machines were old, slow and they looked so dirty I didn’t want to touch them. Made me wonder how clean their pharmacy area is. I got my pictures, because I needed them, but after I ordered them I found out that the instant print was not available and I had to wait an hour. It felt like I waited an hour in line waiting to check out too. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this store!

There are about 6 CVSs in a Spanish of 9 miles on PCH… I stopped at this one bc I needed a gift for a friend and they had a ATM for Chase! Standard CVS One cashier… Sigh but it wasn’t as busy. The pharmacy looked chaotic tho!

[+1] The area is well-lit! Inside the store and in the parking lot! I cannot stress how important this is at night. I feel safe coming here during late hours without having to worry about who might be creeping up behind me. [+1] I purchase my stationary and magazines here because I always find the one I want out of their selection! They keep a couple special magazines longer than they’re supposed to I believe so when I happen to forget to buy a special edition magazine I always stop here to see if they have it! They usually do! [+1] In addition, they have amazing stickers(I come here for the alphabet stickers) and card choices(I come here to find solid patterns to turn them into cut out cards)! [-1] Occasionally, I restock on my makeup but they’re always usually out of Neutrogena… ;( [+1] Oh, their photo printing station is actually quite good… o. o;;; Was kind of surprised. For a regular single photo print 4×6 it’s 30 cents and they came out really nice! I stuck a couple in frames and they look like the real deal! [+1] The staff is friendly and I’ve never had a problem with any CVS employee. During the holidays the line is a bit long, but that’s to be expected.
