I am very pleased with customer service I received at JC Penny’s optical department. Pamela helped me when I had to return my new glasses as I was not happy with them. She assured me that there would not be an extra charge to redo them. I was very happy with the service and I would recommend JC Penny’s to everyone I know. I’ve been using JC Penney optical for two years for contacts and eyeglasses. The doctor is terrific (thorough, compassionate, interested in taking the time to help find just the right prescription.) The manager, Kari, is very professional. They’ve worked hard to improve their staff and customer service in the two years I’ve been a client. I would recommend.
