It was freezing cold! Maybe to encourage beer sales. They weren’t busy for a Saturday night. The hostess was awkwardly disconnected; aloof would be an accurate description. Myself and my boyfriend were seated and given menus; cool. She came back to take drink and appetizer orders then another five minutes to alas order our food but she just arrived at our table, muttered a few words and stood there. Saying nothing was strange. I officiated the order requests. It didn’t take took long to come but our server went missing thereafter. I could have used a refill or general well being check. We spotted the manager who was much more sociable who fetched out lost hostess. Now the food; I tried the curry traditional wings. They were the epitome of meh; hence my rating. I would have liked to had input on my selection-not spicy enough and there was supposed to be coconut(where idk).

Terrible service! We were there yesterday evening, a family of 4. Despite being a Saturday night there were maybe 8 – 10 tables in the whole place. There were several waitresses with seemingly nothing to do. Yet the service was slooooooow! We had to wait to order our food(while our waitress stood near the kitchen entrance chatting). Surprisingly, our meals took a while to come out. Also, we ordered 2 sides to accompany our wings. The sides didn’t arrive with our meals, and our server seemed to have forgotten we even ordered them. They arrived 10+ minutes later when our wings were nearly gone, her excuse was they wanted to make them fresh. Whaaaat? The place was dead, deep frying rings and fries doesn’t take that long. I know food there doesn’t always come out at once but clearly they were forgotten. Then after sitting for several minutes after finishing our meals/drinks I had to flag down our waitress to get the check(plates/glasses had not been cleared). I have no problem waiting for service when a restaurant is busy, but this place was not even remotely so. The waitress was friendly enough. I’m not sure if this is a management issue? Between the group of chatting waitresses and the slow kitchen, I won’t be back to the Lombard location. The food was standard BWW fare, good but not spectacular.

Service is always fast and friendly. Never had bad service or bad food. If you go on a wing night, expect longer take out or dine in times and don’t bitch about it. It just makes you look like the a**hole.

I loved bdubs alot more back in the day when $ 10 got you 12 wings, a drink, and left enough for tip. But given that is all out of the individual restaurants control, a finer establishment.

Awful. Got our drinks first. Waited almost an hour for a plate of fries and mozzarella sticks. on our third drink by then. They need a better plan. There seems to be a bunch of staff on the floor bumping into each other because they don’t know what to do next. Maybe take the smart ones and put them in the back to help the cooks.

Unfortunately we have to put a star rating. Worst service ever to come in at 11pm to an empty restaurant and no competent employee able to take our order or bring the food. Dirty tables left and employees just hanging out. Love the food but NEVER this location.

Please never go here. I went here to say goodbye to a great friend and mentor. I had a long island iced tea that was delicious but they put so much ice in it. I told my waitress who did nothing to fix it or offer if I got another one not to put so much ice, she just shrugged it off. Then I left my sheepskin ear muffs there(what can I say, I’m a light weight) Called the next day and the hostess said it was there. I didn’t go that day,(long day at work) but my Husband went the very next day and my ear muffs were no where to be found. It would have been different if the woman who answered the phone said no they aren’t here but she had me describe the ear muffs, told me I could pick them up anytime only to find out someone from the staff stole them? I called and spoke to Manager Michelle as soon as my Husband informed me they did not have them. She proceeded to say that employees have been caught being dishonest before and she had to let them go. She further informed me that she was going to launch an investigation and give me a call back. Weeks almost a month later, no call. Very dishonest, poor customer service. Because of this location, I may never return to a BWW ever again. Fred the manager called back very smug. Said he looked at the cameras but wasn’t even sure of the date, lie much? I have no reason to lie about some ear muffs. I am definitely never returning to a BWW. How you gone call back and say you looked at the camera but didn’t find anything but you’ll continue to look? Look where? If you already searched the restaurant and looked at the cameras. He then proceeded to say he looked at the one camera by the lost and found. I told him the lady who grabbed it was at the front, most likely a hostess and then he said oh we looked at all the cameras. LOL so you go from looking at one particular camera and when I mention it was at the hostess desk or wherever the phone is located and you say oh we looked there too. Very dishonest. Just cook at home folks. Food nowadays doesn’t even bring any nutritional value. SMH disappointed in you Fred!

This location is horrible. The take out is almost always wrong and the sit down service takes too long even when they are not busy. They mess up your order almost every time. The managenent is terrible. Will never go to the Lombard one again.

This place is always extremely slow. Even if the restaurant was only half-full, the food would still take a half hour to come out. Some friends and I completed the Blazin’ Challenge here, and they didn’t even put our pictures on the wall. That made me sad.

Went in and ordered a medium boneless hot bbq to go. Got the box and it was kinda smashed already, by the yime i got home sauce was leaking out into the bag. Went to eat one and it tasted kinda funny. Inspected closer and they were regular hot wings. Okay thinking they just gave me the wrong order. Looked at the sticker on the front and what do i see? They fucking placed a hot bbq sticker over a regular bbq ones? Really? Thats really low.

TERRIBLE! AVOIDATALLCOSTS! This location has really gone down hill. The food has always been so-so, but what I really disliked the last two times I’ve gone in here is the place is an absolute MESS! The floors are filthy with visible garbage lying everywhere, and the empty tables are stacked with dirty cups and garbage! I was shocked. The staff just organizes the trash into a pile and then leaves it there. And I don’t mean for 2 – 5 minutes then come back, there were many tables just piled with trash for the whole time we were eating. Disgusting.

Surprisingly, before about a month ago, I had never been to the cultural phenomenon known as buffalo wild wings. Crazy, right? The atmosphere can be overwhelming for some, but I kind of liked the idea of giant screens playing every sport. I really loved the wings, fries and fried mushrooms. Awesome place

This location is just okay. I was here last night and I much prefer the one in Bloomingdale. I just happened to be in Lombard and wanted wings. I was in very good company that evening which made up for the food. Service was excellent, server, I wish I could remember her name but he was extremely polite and smiled constantly. Other positives are the daily specials. My only dislike was the actual food. My wings were dry, not enough sauce on the honey BBQ or medium wings. It was kind of disappointing because when it comes to food I am a flavor and texture person and the lack if moisture affected both. I will try it again because the server was great and I will tell them to make sure my food is to my liking.

There weren’t too many diners here when our group came. So why the service was so slooooow was beyond me. Don’t get me wrong though. On the few occasions that we saw our server, the customer service was excellent. Just wish we got our food and check faster! Everyone ordered beer, but I ordered vodka and sprite because hard liquor is how I roll… not! I’m just not a beer person by any means, so what options do I really have here? In the end, I was only able to drink half because I’m a weak sauce. Speaking of sauces! I usually order the boneless wings in hot sauce but decided to try a new sauce. I ordered the boneless wings lunch special for $ 7.95 with Asian Zing sauce. Now, I don’t know if it’s because I’m Asian, but the sauce was just okay to me. An American restaurant’s interpretation of Asian flavor to me seems to rarely work out. I’m not saying that it was terrible, but I’d probably best stick to mah usual hot sauce. For this location, it’s probably best to order ahead of time and pick it up or if you don’t mind chilling here for a while.
