I didn’t even want to give one star. I called to see what ice cream cake flavors they had available and the girl who answered the phone was VERY RUDE. She gave me short one word answers and couldn’t be bothered to go look in the freezer to see what flavors were pre-​made. SO glad I wasn’t even given the opportunity to give them my business.

First of all, the way the drive thru is set up is a disaster. Cars do not know which way to go and block the road. Second of all, it is extremely slow service. Then, when I finally get my food the bagel is so tough I cannot even chew it! Terrible! So then I try and call to speak to the manager. What a joke! They do not pick up the phone nor do they have an answering service. That’s the last time I go to that place for sure!

I’m from Boston, so I was born and breed on Dunkins.
I usually do the drive thru for my coffee drinks, bagels, etc.
This last visit I was treating my boys to ice cream cones from the Baskin Robbins counter located within the Dunkin’ donuts.
I was kinda grossed out by the fact that the guy scooping our ice cream wasn’t wearing gloves. I don’t know what the laws regarding ice cream scooping are, but I almost didn’t want to eat my ice cream…

I take my daughter and her friends her to get Ice cream. She loves the rainbow sherbet. My wife loves the coffee, the donuts are always fresh and the lady behind the counter is always nice.

I LOVE DD but not this one. RUDE manager/​owner. Wanted to charge me for anything over 2 ‘pumps’ of mocha. I go to dd at least 7 times per week and I have NEVER been charged for 3 mocha pumps! EVER! I will NEVER go back to this dd…

This DD is always quick in the morning when I’m on the way to work. The coffee is hot, bagels and donuts are fresh and the customer service is nice. The BB side is great too with a nice variety of ice cream.

As usual Dublin donuts, nothing more and nothing less. They recently re modeled the whole store, so now that increase the ambience and looks cool.
Pros — fast and friendly services, new remodeled store with great ambience, then of course DD quality food n coffee.
Cons — it’s busy most times, long drive through waiting time.

D&D = do not like, however the BR side wins me over all the time. I love ice cream. Lately I’ve been on a milk shake craze and have been ordering them half Chocolate and half Mint Chocolate Chip. If you like them separately, you will love them mixed into one!

I can only review the Baskin-​Robbins for food, but the place was clean as were the restrooms. Quick, friendly service. Pretty good portions of ice cream and it was delicious!
