HORRIBLEFOODANDEVENWORSECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! The entire process was horrible beginning with drive thru since the lady could hardly speak English and had such an attitude about it when we asked her to repeat herself! English is not my first language but I know to take the figurative«sock out of my mouth» when I’m talking to others, especially if I were the first point of contact with the customer in drive thru! We received our food burnt, stale, and soggy, and when we returned it, the Owner started going through it! He then told us that it could still be eaten! So many issues with this starting with the fact that crap could still be eaten but do people eat crap? No. Then we wanted a refund after seeing what he was doing and their attitude towards us, and they completely short-changed us!!! My husband was just ready to get out of there since we were on a time crunch to even argue back for the full refund. Just unbelievable and completely unsanitary. Plus, the owner’s fingernails were disgusting and should have been trimmed. You’re working at a DQ not the corner… Awful and will not be coming back again!!!

I am so bummed. Ordered a chicken strip basket and the whole box of food was old. The French fries and tenders had been re-fried. Both so crispy they should not have been served. No salt. Slice of bread was hard like a croûton and the goop of butter was thick and cold. All around terrible. Receipt had no phone number on it and the phone number on google was a cell phone that no one answered. If I had been the one driving I would have turned the car around and thrown that crap back in their window.

This location sux they do a half *** job at making their blizzards. They dont put the big chunks of chocolate in their s’mores blizzard they put the little thin flakes of chocolate and they dont put the fudge in the double fudge blizzard its like they are trying to save money when their already expensive.

The staff at this location could use more training in making the DQ products to DQ qualifications(honestly, it doesn’t take much more time to PROPERLYBLEND a Blizzard as well as making sure it is thick [mine was like water] and filled with the as ordered ingredients). Also watch out for the«Daily Specials» as this location often messes up on delivery(my double cheese burger combo had ONE patty on it, but I was already well down the road before I bit into it and noticed). And is it so hard to flash a smile once-in-a-while! Yep, won’t be coming back to this location!
