Plant Peddler Floral

Plant Peddler was to have made and delivered a «Spring Garden in A Basket» arrangement to my parents, per a telephone order. Daffodils, fern, palms, ivy — all in a lovely yellow-​and-​white basket with a ribbon around it. Nope! What was delivered was one green plant in a ceramic pot. When calls were made to remedy the problem, Plant Peddler refused to redeliver. Yes, it is a sixteen-​mile round trip to the delivery address — but I would think that for the $ 52 I paid for the green plant in a pot, they took out a delivery fee. I’ve ordered from them before, and should have known better, but this was the last straw. Logan has a lot of other florists, and my business will go to them in the future.

I ordered something to be delivered to a viewing on Wednesday night and they did not deliver it until Thursday during the middle of the funeral. I would not recommend this place to anybody!

They are amazing peip to work with. I’ve always received excellent service and the ladies know how to make an amazing piece of flowers. I’ve never had any problems and I hope you will decided to choose then because this will always be my flower shop of choice.

I would give zero stars if I could, the owner of this business is a complete maniac. I ordered a small bouquet for my girlfriend on her first day of school, and the flowers were never delivered. When I contacted the business about a refund, I was met with the owner — Ed — who refused my refund and threatened me personally, saying he was going to personally deliver the flowers for my girlfriend and tell her what a shitty person I am, which seems like an illegal invasion of privacy. Never do business with this store — ever.

The Plant Peddler completely ruined my wedding day. I ordered all of my wedding flowers from them well in advance of my wedding. The week before my wedding, I got a call from them telling me that they had lost my order. I freaked out and they called me back and said that they had found it and that it was all under control. I had ordered $ 1300 worth of flowers, to include table decorations, my bouquet, and some flowers that would be on some pedestal things. I specified that there be NO chrysanthemums or carnations because I hate those 2 flowers and I chose a color palette of white and a very light purple. When I got to my venue, there were all of these hideous flowers in bright colors. I assumed that they had delivered the wrong flowers or that these hadn’t been cleared away from the last wedding, which was obviously horribly tacky. I called Ed at the Plant Peddler and told him that these were not the flowers that I ordered and I was told that that’s all they had for me and it would be those flowers or nothing. I spent a good deal of time on the phone with him, trying to understand how this happened and why he was so unwilling to fix the problem. I’d paid for everything up front and, since he already had his money, he couldn’t care less about whether I liked them or not. The situation got much worse when I found my bouquet. It was supposed to be a ball of white rose buds but instead, there were about 10 roses, arranged in more or less a square, with wilted and brown edges. It was a joke. Someone came from the Plant Peddler to do what they could to fix it but it wasn’t fixed in time for the wedding and when it was fixed, it was still pretty awful. The next disaster came when I saw what they were planning to put on the tables at my reception. Tacky little white baskets with more bright pink and purple flowers, many of them carnations. Did I mention that because I was on the phone with Ed trying to get him to fix the problem, I didn’t have time to do my hair before the ceremony? I had to just shove the veil on my head and leave my hair completely straight and boring. The entire day was ruined by Ed. After returning from my honeymoon, I went to talk to him and to demand at least a partial refund. I had paid for specific and much more expensive flowers and he had completely ripped me off. Ed was again argumentative and unhelpful and refused to refund any of my money. Do NOT go to the Plant Peddler, for wedding flowers or for anything else.

I love all the folks at plant peddler floral. They did an amazing job on my daughters wedding. I always call them to order my flowers. I would never go any where else.
