First time here, needed a coffee and sandwich before a local Brewfest. The staff was friendly and communicated well with each other. After ordering, I sat and enjoyed my beverage and observed the team at work. Quite efficient!

Was only person in line, waited several minutes with not one acknowledgement, had to ask for someone to wait on me. You would have though I had asked for their heart, horrible attitude. Someone needs to seriously address the customer service issues at this location. Worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks, will never return to this location. A simple smile and greeting would have been appreciated.

Not from town so we decided to walk in to get a couple drinks and a bagel before walking back to the cycling event we were watching. The communication here is horrible, my order was wrong and they took 10 minutes to tell me they were out of cinnamon raisin bagels after being told oh yes there’s some right here. Low an behold after being told twice she looked all over for one and couldn’t find one she brings up a cinnamon raisin bagel…

I was very skeptical about coming here after reading many bad reviews. I’m not from the Lodi area and I was just wanting to grab some coffee before I went to work. I have been sitting here for about 15 minutes with only one car ahead of me. Was waiting at the window for a 7 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When I got my drink, it wasn’t even correct. Never again.

Do they get my order correct? Sometimes. Can they ever understand me? After 2 – 3 tries, yes. Is the inside a terrible layout? Yes. Are there enough outside tables? No. Is it my favorite store? No. I use the drive thru because it’s convenient… Baristas: a tall flat white does not equal a double tall whole milk latte – ristretto shots taste different! Sigh. Just make my drink right!

Probably my least favorite Starbucks in town. Kinda slow. Smaller store, limited seating. They don’t prioritize drive through and dine in orders. Friendly enough service.

Every other Starbucks in Lodi is usually faster than this one. It’s close-ish to my house so I usually pass it on the way to anywhere else in Lodi. One day I was given the wrong drink in the drive through. I had to turn around and return to get my correct drink. The guy realized right away and gave me a larger size for my trouble, though. That particular person is always friendly in the drive through. Today, they were out of coconut milk:/ we deal with a milk/soy allergy so I didn’t order the particular drink we were there for. This drive thru is always so slow. That’s the main issue I have because customer service is usually ok.

Stopped in this morning before picking up a friend for a trip to Sacramento. I was in a hurry. Barista handed me my drinks and I thought it seemed light, I opened up my drink and saw it had whip and thought maybe it was just me… Whip melted by the time I got to my car and look how much it was short. Stupid to pay $ 5 for this drink when it wasn’t full.

My boyfriend and are always impressed with the service we receive at this Starbucks. This location can be busy but our coffee always turn out absolutely perfect, and in a very timely manner! We love that the employees are friendly, professional and to top it off they always remember the coffee we order without having to tell them. Keep up the superb job!

My Grandson and I just went through drive thru. Girl said«Take your time», 2 seconds later said«are u ready»? No napkins, no smile, drive thru window is filthy and so is the ledge. I’m going somewhere else!

First time visiting this establishment worst customer service. Waited 10 minutes for my drinks notice 1 customer walk in get his drink before me I go to counter an they say would tou you like to order. I said were are my drinks. To my surprise they forgot my order. Just a sorry and no asking for. Larger size or free anything waited all most 15 for my drink mind you it was dead. So many baristas spend too much time gossiping about job interviews.

This starbucks is always rediculously slow. Ordered 3 blended drinks at 2 pm. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of us. The last 4 times I’ve been to this location my order has been made wrong. The staff always appears to be scrambling around and they don’t seem to communicate with eachother. Will not be taking my business to this starbucks anymore.

Really great staff! I’m a Starbucks regular and rarely do I feel the love from the cashier. This Starbucks had a really adorable girl with dark hair and a chipper attitude. She smiled and it was genuine. It’s so nice to go to a business when the staff is having a good day. The best part was this store had the Venti glass cups so I grabbed two.

I feel so cheated every time I come here I don’t know why I do this to myself every time. This place is still the worst Starbucks in town. If you order an iced tea they fill it full of ice and you get 3 sips of tea before it’s gone. I didn’t intend to pay $ 3 for ice. Also the green tea is so watered down it looks more clear than green! Honestly how hard is it to get right.

I rarely go to Starbucks but I needed something this morning and it was right on the way. I could not believe the wait in the drive through! 12 minutes for a drink? Also, it was 10:30 in the morning so it’s not like it was coffee rush hour. Service was fine and my drink tasted OK, but I just they are asking a bit much for people to wait 15 minutes to pay $ 5 for a cup of coffee.

I love this store. The baristas are always friendly and even seem to recognise me when I come in despite not going there as often as I used to. My only complaint are the chairs. That’s really more to do with their corporate office though, I think. Anyhow, they’ve been doing this redesign to a bunch of their Starbucks locations which include removing the nice comfy chairs and replacing it with these horrible uncomfortable chairs. It’s clear that they’re trying to make their stores uncomfortable to sit in for longer than five minutes. There’s a great article on the Forbes website that talks about how Starbucks used to be our«third place» and lately has been taking steps to move away from their roots. Having grown up in the Seattle area(the birthplace of Starbucks), it makes me sad to see this trend as I have fond memories of the times I spent at Starbucks. Now though, I’m less likely to go to Starbucks and more likely to make something at home.

Parking can be hard to find during peak hours. Avoid any school day between 2 and 3:30 or face the hoard of early adolescent teenagers. Staff is super friendly. Consistently provide the quality Starbucks is known for. Drive thru available at this location. Wifi service is spotty and unreliable at times. I shouldn’t have to bring my 9dbi atheros antenna just to have stable connectivity.

EXTREMELYSLOW&RUDEDRIVE-THRUSERVICE(or should I say, «NOSERVICE»)! I couldn’t believe the inappropriate behavior, by the drive-thru gal, this morning at Starbucks(224 N. Ham Lane, Lodi, CA). It looks like I’m not the first, and probably will not be the last, to complain about this particular Starbucks location on Ham Lane in Lodi. One would have thought with all the complaints that they would have improved their service… It hasn’t happened. I don’t usually stop at this location, but did so today. I have never seen a drive-thru go so slowly in my life! Now, it was 7:30AM and a lot of us that are in that drive-thru are trying to get to work or school etc, so we appreciate a quick drive-thru process for our morning coffee. Unfortunately, the gal at the drive-thru window this morning obviously knew the men in the truck at the window and decided it was a great time to «horse around» and visit… FOR10MINUTES(on top of the time we had already spent waiting)… while 8 cars were in the drive-thru line! NOTGOOD! This gal was joking, throwing money at the men and having an all around good ‘ol time. Mind you, I’m not opposed to having a good time with friends for 10 minutes, but do it on your own time/dime. I decided to leave the drive-thru line, even after ordering, as it was just taking too long and I was going to be late for work if I waited another 10 minutes(they didn’t look like they were going to be moving it along any time soon). Several other drivers in that line left as well. One driver was honking and another even got out of his car to see what was up. Still, the drive-thru line did not budge. Starbucks(Ham Lane, Lodi, CA)… please teach your employees at the drive-thru window that it is NOT time for social hour with familiar men as they order in the drive-thru. Some of us use the drive-thru because we are on a schedule and would like to enjoy a cup of coffee on the way to work. Please tell your employees to save their extended visiting time with friends for off work hours.
