Took about 25 minutes just to order pizzas for a party because the person on the phone had no idea what she was doing. I should have known right then that something would probably get messed up. I decided to order anyway… pizzas we’re delivered 30 minutes early even though I specifically gave a window of time that would work. I asked them to please cut in 12 slices since I had a bunch of kids, but pizzas were cut in 8 slices. When delivered I was missing a pizza and had to take 15 minutes out of our party to call and argue that I was missing a pepperoni pizza. They did deliver the forgotten pizza, although it wasn’t even the correct pizza. It was cheese and not pepperoni. Ugh… never again

Got the new stuffed crusted and some breadsticks from here the other day. The breadsticks were extremely tough like they’d been sitting out. As far as the pizza goes, the crust was good, nice and puffed up, tons of cheese, but the center of my pepperoni pizza was paper thin and soaked in grease. I’m not sure if that’s how they’ve been sending them out, but it was disgusting and my girlfriend and I were not satisfied. Sticking to Nancy’s Pizza

I want to like you more. The Hut in Chicago near my work, works hard for loyal customers. Pizza Hut in Lockport needs training on how to make a peperoni lovers pizza. Other than that it is standard but Dammit I love Pepperoni Lovers! Make it right!

For years my family was loyal to Pizza Hut, but it seems they no longer care about the quality of their product or their brand. The last three times we ordered pizzas, more ended up in the garbage than was eaten. Yum Brands should either pay attention to what was once a decent pizza or close their restaurants. The restaurant in Lockport has relocated to a nearby plaza and is carry out only. Unless their quality has improved, it won’t help!

I got home to write the review and the reciept said I went to 9111 e douglas in Wichita Kansas? I know I wasn’t that drunk! They really need to upgrade their stores. The washroom cannot be up to code. Or anything else. The 70’s look is just lame! As are the booths and ceilings with huge holes in them. I was at the counter waiting for the employees to finish their conversation so I can be seated. Yes, he was looking right at me! The lunch buffet was pretty good. When they brought out the pies. There were only 3 out at any given time and they were all picked thru. The more people that walked thru the door the more I regretted coming here. I had my fill and I packed it up. Again, this was less than memorable and I will not be back here.
