Advance Auto Parts

After a year and several dozen visits, this store is batting a 1.000. The staff is always helpful and accurate with parts orders. Kudos to Len the store manager, great job with the employees. This location is a fine example of excellent customer service that is hard to find out there.

I’ve had pretty good luck with most of the auto parts stores that I’ve visited, and my visit to the «new kid on the block» here recently just added Advance to the list. After passing by the store while it was under construction for some time now, I’d noticed that the were finally open for business and so I thought I’d go in and check them out.
I like to change my own oil and it just so happened that my truck was about due for one. On my way in, I’d noticed one of their sale posters was advertising a special on oil and a filter. Looks like we’re off to a good start. The gentleman behind the counter was helpful in finding the grade I needed when it wasn’t on the shelf, as well as making sure I got the rebate form for both. While I was checking out, I’d asked him to give me a rough estimate for a price on rear brakes and drums (since I’d like to repair my own brakes, too). He not only took the time to look everything up on his computer, but gave me advice on the proper (and efficient) steps to fix them. He offered some great suggestions that I’d never have thought of myself, saving me (I’m sure) lots of time and aggravation. If I were reviewing HIM, he’d get 5 stars for sure!
Since most parts stores are the same, it’s the personal service that makes a business like this stand out among the others, and if Advance keeps this up, they’ve got a lifelong customer in me!
