$ 9 for a bottle of beer and a glass of wine. Wine is Oak Leaf, which can be purchased for $ 3/BOTTLE at some big box stores. Wine glass was streaked, hope it was clean. Foyer smells of stale cigarette smoke. Didn’t eat there, would be afraid to. Didn’t even finish the overpriced glass of wine.

Really disappointed to say the least. Came here on a Thursday night with my girlfriends parents for a quick bite before our bowling league. We all order wings and my girlfriend ordered a burger. Not only did our order take about 30 minutes to come out but my girlfriends burger was way over cooked(when she asked for a little pink) and our wings were so dry and chewy with little meat on them that I questioned if I was eating a chicken wing or little mouse… We all asked for ranch with our wings as well but got blue cheese instead. We asked our waitress to get us ranch and all though she was polite in saying yes to getting ranch she instead was doing shots behind the bar and never got us what we asked. Friendly service but I will never come back for food again just not worth it.

This place has gone down hill. Years ago it was good. But these days you don’t want to be there after dark. The last time I was there a fight started when a drugged up guy started beating on some other guy for no reason. Then when the cops showed up the employee’s hid the guy in the back so he wouldn’t get arrested. Found out later he was a dealer and brought a lot of «business» in. This place is plain bad.

OK but not great, at one time the food and service was better but the last couple of time the waitress acted like it was trouble for her to handle a food order. the service was slow and the food had been ready for a while before she finally brought it out to my table. good place if you are only looking to have a couple of beers

Great place to grab a bite to eat with the kids. Yes, this is a bar first and foremost, but you’re not going to find it full of drinkers until after dinner. For lunch and dinner, it is a very large, fun, and welcoming place to take the kids for a casual bite to eat. The food is well prepared and better than expected. The steak sandwich was tender and perfect, The chicken nuggets were cut and battered on site, and the taco salad was fresh and delish! As others have mentioned, the owners were wonderful and I’m happy to spend my money there. It’s obviously family run which I believe also owns the bakery next door where they baked the awesome cookies they gave us after our meal! After we left, we took a hike behind the property where an awesome dry creek bed is hiding. My kids asked if we could come back before we ever left. With all the crap and fast food so readily available in lockport, this was a nice place to find and I highly recommend it.

I was a big fan. The food was excellent bar food, the service was prompt and friendly. There were plenty of TV’s and the drinks were very reasonable. I had driven by the place literally 1000 times and finally decided to try it out. I’m glad I did

I went to The Outpost for the first time this January for their Open Mic Night. I chose to throw asurprise 30th Birthday here in March. The owners and staff are AWESOME! They seemed excited about the party and made sure everything was how I planned for it to be. They don’t have large pizzas on their normal menu, but you can special order them and they are excellent. I also ordered a cake from Patty Cakes(same owners) that was incredible! There was a little mishap with the fridge, but they were quick to fix the problem. If you are planning a party or want to get a big group together, The Outpost is great. They don’t force drink/food packages on you. Everything is very laid back and friendly. We had over 30 people in our party and were very well taken care of. Even if you don’t have a big group, it’s a nice cozy place to go for some beers or entertainment, and they have a sort of game room too. Plus, $ 1PBR Drafts, you can’t go wrong!

Visited this restaurant with 4 little kids and 4 adults. We were given a private room, and had a great meal. A fantastic experience. The menu is not huge(the restaurant is new) yet, and all the items are made with the same care and attention to detail that has made Patty Cakes(same owners) such a success.
