Waited 45 mins for 3 wraps and a chicken sandwich on a Wednesday at 4PM. We were the only people who ordered food at the time. Had to flag down the waitress to have her check on our food.
Once we got our food, it was decent. first time in and I won’t be returning.

Well besides the guy in the bathroom offering me a line of coke the place was decent. Servers are attentive. Wish they would offer better drink specials maybe a few more craft beers too. Cheap pool tables just don’t rent hourly too expensive compared to other pool halls.

Not professional at all, seems like there serving without carding… Well Ive never been carded and the people that come to this place seem to be always looking for a fight, not safe I wound bring anyone I cared about here.

The place was very unorganized. I was forgotten about by 2 different employees while waiting to get a pool table unlocked. Oddly enough, I was still charged for the time that I was waiting for the table. Waitresses had no sense of customer service or urgency while getting food and drinks out to people. I was disappointed because I thought this would be a nice addition to the boring night life that Lockport has. I will not be returning.

Okay bar in Lockport. It is really nice inside. Has been dead whenever i go in. Which has been on saturday nights. The last time i was here (place was dead) the girl at the bar asked to hold my credit card. Which okay fine. My total was over $ 50 I had bought 6 beers and 3 car bombs. I looked at the break down of my receipt the next day. I was charged for 8 shots, a glass of wine, a Guinness draft, as well as a jack on ice. So completely wrong. And on such a dead night. Literally 2 other groups in the place.

The waitstaff does not card patrons under 35. They spend majority of thier time hanging out by the computer that they enter their orders on. One of my first times here I had a waitress pick up my sandwich to see if it was made properly. Gross who knows how clean her hands were. The cops are always in and out of this place. Do they not have anything better to do or is the riff raff that bad? I recently ordered an alcoholic beverage and not only was it missing one main ingredient but it literally had about 5 icecubes in it. Their burgers are frozen patties and I will never order those again. People smoke right outside the front door, so when you walk in you have to walk through a wall of smoke. Fifteen feet people!
