I am not impressed at the way the owner treats his waitstaff he corrects them and yells at them in front of customers. The owner is in need of a lesson on professionalism. Some of his staff do not even look old enough to work and I would also question if his entire team were us citizens. He wont be in business for long!

Simmered pork chop was tasty. Phở is very good, a bit too oily, but still excellent. Fried rice is also good. Prices are reasonable. Happy to see a good Vietnamese restaurant in this area. The gentleman who served us was quick & nice. I recommend giving this place a try!

First time I came here food was good but the service was painfully slow. Came back the next day with two friends and it was a mess. My bowl came out before my egg rolls. My friends bowl came out first as well. My other friend didn’t even end up getting his food. We also had to ask 4 times for refills. The quality of food was not good. Overall it was a mess. I will not be coming back.

What The Phở is a polished gem among common stones. The owners and staff are friendly. The interior is clean and beautifully decorated. The food is excellent. Summer rolls are fresh and yummy. They have traditional Vietnamese and Japanese dishes and they are all delicious. The 3 color dessert is so unique and worth the time to try it. This is a family owned business and they live in the area as well. I will be adding What The Phở to my list of frequently visited local restaurants.
