This is another place that continues to grow on me after each visit. I was not the biggest fan early on, but as I found a standby sandwich, this place can really hit the spot. To be honest, I have not explored the menu extensively, but what I have tried has been really good.
My wife and I had a very enjoyable meal here and will probably add it to our list of places to hit when we need a quick dinner. Our New Years Resolution was to give up the big fast food chains, so we need places that are quick, cheap, and moderately healthy. We ordered a large chicken sub with a bag o chips to share for a paltry $ 8.25. The sandwich and chips were more than enough for both of us and the service was really friendly to boot. We will definitely continue to visit this location as well as the one in Novi.

The 2 stars is for the service. The restaurant had one customer other than myself so some of the employees were not behind the counter. I placed my order and apparently the employee did not take it correctly. After all was said and done, he only made one of the two sandwiches I ordered. Another customer placed an order after mine so he had to take care of him before he can go back to make my second sandwich I originally ordered. His response to it was that he didn’t get the order correct. Perhaps he could have apologized but instead he kept playing around with the other employees. He finally made my second sandwich and proceeded to give it to me without saying thank you or sorry. Maybe he needs to get retrained on proper customer service.

I got the mediterranean. I did not add any condiments to it, it was very good I tasted almost every ingredient in it. The coconut pineapple smoothie is worth the trip itself. That is one of the best smoothies I’ve had. And there was a nice gentleman playing guitar outside a nice place to go to

We ordered sandwiches and a salad. When we went to pay, they had no forks for the salad. The manager had to run to the Kroger across the street! We had to wait 15 minutes to eat. Made us laugh.

Been to potbellys many times as my bf loves sandwiches. Been sick so 2 days ago when we went I got the chicken enchilada soup and the vegetable soup. Both were great. The chicken enchilada was spicy, creamy and filling (wish the chicken was dark meat but the all white is healthier). The vegetable had a strong garlic flavor which I really enjoyed. My bf gobbled up his sandwich in no time as usual and topped it off with the brownie cookie which he likes a lot. As far as sandwich chains go, potbellys is consistently good, clean & comfortable, and with nice staff. Sure does beat subways, though its pricier it’s worth it. I also really like that there’s a hand sani dispenser at the end of the check out line so you can clean your hands before grubbin on your sandwich :)

Cute and large location. Huge outdoor patio. Not terrible at high noon.
There is a little bit of soup natzi when you order, but if you don’t know how, they ask all the questions. Toppings etc is not done when you order it is further down the line!
The slims are great — you feel as if you are still enjoying a good sandwich with less bread and less meat! Woot!
Love all the calorie information up there on the wall

Oh, Potbelly’s — I miss you so! You wouldn’t think a toasted sub would be anything special, but they don’t have Potbelly’s in California, and Subway and Quizno’s are just NOT the same. In any case, their sandwiches are delicious. I always order the Italian. This location is really nice inside, and occasionally they have someone playing music, too. The best toasted sub around!

Depressingly quiet for a restaurant with a bunch of sideways junkets on the wall. I suppose that’s why you don’t order a hoagie at 9 p.m. on a Saturday before a night full of drinking.
As always the «A Wreck» was delicious. I don’t even want to know the calorie count or health facts. They should be stricken from the record for because there were vegetables on it.
Hot peppers count as vegetables right?
New rule, anything with vegetables on it, including hot peppers, is hereby healthy.
If you’ll excuse me I’m going to eat some super nachos.

This Potbelly location is GREAT! I’ve gone there numerous times on my break, and they are always happy to serve me. The employees always treat me great and know me as one of their regulars. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to enjoy a great sandwich with excellent service at a great price.
