Pizza Hut

I had a great experience ordering pizza tonight i ordered 2 large pizzas and a personal pan pizza. 2 of the pizza’s were correct but mine was wrong. I called and explained the problem i had with the pizza and it was promptly resolved i got the pizza i wanted and it was great. Thank you for the great service to make family movie night a great night.

Contacted customer service but no response… goes to show this chain just doesn’t give a care about product or customers.

i was weary of trying this place after being disappointed by the other location on Plymouth road. i thought i was done with Pizza Hut for good until this new location opened up. it is pretty small, and it’s take out only. i did not go inside to pick up my pizza, so i can’t speak much on customer service. my boyfriend was a few minutes late picking up our pizza, but surprisingly it was actually still hot! our marinara sauce for our breadsticks was nice and hot as well, which never usually happens at pizza joints. you usually get the old lukewarm sauce in a container. anyhow, our pizza was loaded with toppings, and like most Pizza Hut locations they did not skimp on the cheese. i usually HAVE to ask for extra cheese when ordering from Pizza Hut. i know a couple of people who worked for the company previously, and they tell me how the employees get in trouble if they use too much cheese on a pizza. cheap much? i’m glad this wasn’t the case here! for once after attending a Pizza Hut, my order had no mistakes and my food was hot. kudos to you guys!
