BEWARE. Horrible experience with this company. Was shown a color chart to choose a roof color– when our new shingles arrived, they DID NOT MATCH and were not what we ordered. The reaction from a customer service perspective was terrible, and they did not offer ANY resolution. Now we are stuck with a very expensive roof that is NOT the color that we asked for. The quality is also poor and sloppy. I would NEVER recommend this company. Absolutely terrible experience!!!

Prices were very competitive, service was excellent, they were more than willing to accommodate previous owner’s concerns during the roofing while he was moving out. I wish they hadn’t taken 3 days to do the roofing but it was cold and icy and progress was going to be slow. Gutters were a little messy (just residual granules) but Jim was super nice to climb up top and finish cleaning them out.
Insulation went well, a little dusty but they accommodated my request for more painter’s plastic without hesitation.
Overall, very happy with service and product. Went with MXI for their competitive pricing and great warranty package on both the roofing and the insulation. Highly recommend, will definitely point other people towards MXI.

Prices are good compared to other estimates I received great friendly installers clean and timely took quite a while to get scheduled though
