Chicken shawarma sandwich is really good. I always get extra pickles and garlic on mine. The hummus is alright. The kabob is extremely good. The fattoush salad was awesome. I’m not a fan of the baklava. What I had was dry and bland. You can walk up to order take out or dine in. The service is always good for dining in.

The best grape leaves I have ever had in my life. Lentil soup is heavenly. Every thing I have ever eaten here is the divine. Friendly service. Great prices and the freshest food. Cute quiet little café. Love this place.

I ordered a chicken fattoush salad carry out, I actually stopped to eat it and it was so terrible that I gave it to a homeless man because I could not eat it. The chicken was terrible.

Great place! Delicious food! Awesome service always fresh and like other restaurants they have good days and bad days, but for the most part amazing! Don’t listen to the bad reviews!

The pita is bagged bread. The food tastes old, reheated and kept warmed for a customer to trickle in waaaaaay too long. We tried a variety of their meals for months and nothing changed. We spoke with the server on a number of occasions and was told that we had to ask for the meals to be made«fresh.»(you mean it’s not made fresh? And it didn’t taste it either.) Yeack! It was conveniently located to us, but we had no choice but to give up eating there. Too bad. :(

The fattoush salad and chicken shawarma sandwich was tasty and fresh! My assistant Richard could not get enough of The tabouli salad. Our waitress Ranya was quick, pleasant and efficient. Love the garlic dip! A very clean dining room decorated nicely. I highly recommend this quaint restaurant

Recommend ordering ahead if your wanting a To-Go order. Id give their Chicken Shawarma Wrap 3 out of 5 stars. The seasoning is very good but it can be very dry. I asked for extra garlic on my last order, but I think they actually put less than normal. I hope they improve. For the most part their food is tasty, but they need to pay attention to special requests.

Takeout — pita breads were small and hard, clearly not fresh. Chicken schwarma ok once dipped in salsa otherwise nothing special. Fattoush salad was boring and too much dressing. I won’t come back. Will stick with sheesh at 5 and Newburgh in Livonia. Second time I’ve been here both times completely empty — should have been my first clue.

4 stars for baba ganoush, tabouli, fried kibbee, rice 5 stars service, prices,(need to update online menu) fattoush salad 3 deboned chicken ½– didn’t get half or at least not what I’ve been accustomed to at other mid eastern places, and what they give you as a half– no flavor– without the garlic sauce they were just grilled chicken– very bland– this is my go to dish at any mid– eastern restaurants, and this fell way short of what I expected. $ 13.99 too pricey for the small portion of chicken. I still love this place. I just won’t order deboned chicken

I love this place and feel lucky that it’s less than a half mile from my house. AWESOME food, AWESOME service. Guess what? You don’t have to go to Dearborn for awesome middle eastern cuisine. :)

Very disappointed in the chicken shawarma wrap, the chicken it tasted like it had been grilled without being marinated or seasoned, the pickles were awful the best apart was garlic spread which helped mask the taste of the taste of bland chicken and bad pickles. But the service was quick and friendly.

Stopped there for a quick lunch today with a co worker the hummus was phenomenal, and the salads were fresh and tasty! Quick in and out, great service, and $ 12 for two for lunch? Perfect!

Nothing terrible here, but nothing very good either. Grapeleaves taste like they are from a can, pita bread from a bag, meat from Sysco, gas station coffee. Too many truly good mediterranean places around with similar prices to come back. Service is the best part and water is served in real glasses.

I’ve gotten better food off a food cart. Chicken shawarmo — The sauce was delicious, the chicken was dry, tough, and clearly way over-cooked, the pita was decent. Fattoush salad — Soaked with dressing, not tossed, not coated, bathing. The pita chips were as soggy as pitta bread. Baklava — Crispy, fresh, and delicious. They clearly have issues with standards. I hope to catch them on a good day next time.

I love this place! The server always remembers our modifications, the garlic sauce and hummus are to die for, and I can apparently eat a falafel wrap per week for an entire year and not get sick of it. It’s. That. Good. They are also almost always very quick, I’ve never met a staff member that wasn’t nice. And do they make their own pickles? The pickles are amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Fattoush Village Café!

My food was merely a 2.5-star experience, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and round up to 3. Fair prices for sure! Although I love the large portions that most middle eastern restaurants provide, I typically overeat(like a true Unilocaler) so I am thankful for their truly SMALL side salad and cup of soup — still very generous in size for a total bill of $ 5.40! Disappointed that the salad did not include garlic as promised on the carry out menu. How can you have middle eastern without garlic?!? Best part of the meal was the crunchy and salty fresh pita chips on my fattoush salad. Well done! :)

I have only carried out from this restaurant. The employees there are very nice and helpful. Usually when I go to Middle Eastern cuisine, I eat the fattoush salad. Unfortunately, at this location, it looks like the cooks used bag lettuce of all varieties. I may be mistaken, but I thought it was supposed to be a mixture of ice burg and romain. This salad had the shaven carrots and onions and some red lettuce mixed in. It may be their style, but it’s something I do not care for. Other than that, the prices are great and the soups are fantastic. It seems pretty popular, since whenever I go in there, the booths are all used.

Are you kidding me?! This place has got some out of this world noms! I am absolutely celebrating the fact that I have gained a new, amazing place to get my shawarma fix, yet at the same time I am mourning the fact that I have only just discovered it. We drove by here the other day, and when I suggested mediterranean fare as opposed to Taco Bell for quick lunch, DH drove all the way over here for me(we were on Ford and Canton Center). This was such a double win, because I will eat shawarma over processed tacos anytime. And because the wraps at this place are super fresh, juicy and slathered with the most amazing garlic spread EVER. We ordered a falafel wrap to split between the two of us, a lamb shawarma wrap for me and a chicken shawarma wrap for him. We substituted all tahini(ick!) for garlic, which was probably the best decision I have made in a while. The lamb shawarma was juicy, thinly sliced and super tender. Nothing like the tough, dry nuggets of bland meat some places dare to serve. It was my favorite wrap out of the three. The chicken was grilled and slightly charred, resulting in a nice flavor added to the meat. It was cut in long strips, and served with veggies and pickled goods. The falafel sandwich was nicely seasoned and the falafel was perfectly crispy on the outside, and soft and pillowlike on the inside. This garlic is like crack, tho! I could eat it straight out of a container, you know, sneak in a small bite or two when walking past my fridge! Im a freak, Ill admit to it. I have just called my friend to make dinner plans for tonight. Here!

I’ll have to try this place again to see whether it’s any better the next time. I’d give it 2.5 stars if I could but the service was not great. We walked in and were seated ant then weren’t re-approached for our drink order for several minutes. After we placed the order our drinks still took a bit longer. Mind you there were a few other tables who already had their food and another table of about 5 that came in before us that had just ordered. The food was so so but Mediterranean food is not my favorite. We had the kibbeh balls and the falafel which were both just ok. The tab for one small order of each and a can of coke was $ 16. I’d like to try one of their wraps and report back.
