Allstate Insurance: Sean Terry

My experience with this Allstate agent was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I received incorrect information from the office staff. The agent never seems to be in the office, as I have yet to meet him and have only dealt with the office staff. The office staff always seem down, like they could careless to be there. My interaction with the actual agent was via email and his responses to my inquires were extremely unprofessional.
As a customer, I was very displeased with the way things were handled by the agent himself. All I was looking for from my email inquiry was an apology, some kind of «I’ll have a talk with my office staff» and a thank you for your patronage. I will be taking my business elsewhere after my insurance is up.
