Employees fought over who HAD to help us. «Why do I have to help? I helped the last ones.» Once we had some to help us he was thoroughly uninformed on sizing, models, and prices of the bicycles. Waste of time…

Friends of mine recommended that I stop in here as I was buying my first road bike.
I explained some of my confusion on terms from doing online research only, and the employee was really friendly and gave me some great tips without making me feel stupid because I was a beginner.
They don’t work on commission so there was no pushy feeling at all. They also offer some great warranty, repair and accessory options if you purchase through them.
They sell used bikes as well as new. Saw some great specialized road bikes there that I was able to test drive around the lot. The employees seem really knowledgeable and make a genuine effort to find the best fit for you.
