This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in the 20 years I have been fixing my units. All their employees are a bunch of scam artists. They promise you a time to come out and they don’t show up. We have to chase after them in order for our AC unit to work. After two full months of summer heat our AC unit is still not working. We got sick and tired of the company after spending nearly $ 20,000 with them and called someone else and they had it fixed in under 15 minutes. EVERYONE BEAWARE! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. IF I could give them zero stars I would.

Our AC had been laboring with the temp in our house hovering around 80 °F, but I assumed it was due to the excessive heat or maybe to the utilities company. By the time we’d realized only the fan was running on the unit outside, it was 4:30pm on a Saturday. We don’t have an AC man recommended by our dads or our neighbors on speed dial, so we started looking online… and calling places. Most didn’t answer. Those who did, didn’t want to come out that day but could, maybe, on Monday.
Advanced Heating & Cooling not only answered their phone, but they were at our house in less than an hour. And they fixed the condensor? The transducer? The thing-​a-​ma-​bobby? It’s all Greek to me! He had the part in his (late model, professionally labeled) truck. And he didn’t charge too much extra for coming out after 5pm on a Saturday. And he wanted the check made out to the business name and not ‘Cash’. He’s local too!
We now have our AC man.
