Decent selection but they really don’t go the extra yard in terms of service. They just want to sell what they have. Ordered $ 3k worth of stuff because I was told the items I want were no longer available. Went to the store on Rt 21 and they found everything I wanted in 10min. Canceled my order and got everything from the other store.

They sell seasonal furnitures — so patio furnitures in the summer time and Xmas décor in the winter time. Yes their price is quite steep and cater only certain established clienteles.
We came here after searching high and low for a quality fireplace toolset. The more affordable versions from Home Depot or target just seem like they will melt in the fire. Since we are in the area quite a bit, we decided to stop by. The sales people are friendly and not pushy at all. We told them what we were looking for. They said they may have some in storage but not on the floor since they were leftover from last season, hence they were in deep discount. The manager came out after about 5 minutes, we checked the items and left in another 5. Quite a productive and painless transaction.
Lesson learned… Shop off season or wait for their sales. Their prices are more than reasonable for very high quality items.
