Ordered a plain pie it got here in an hour and half the driver got lost and the pizza was ice cold, called to complain and got the response of there is nothing I can do to help. I don’t think will order from them again.

I never have a problem with the customer service. I went here today with my 15 month old. I usually order out but we ate at the restaurant today. They were very accommodating to my daughter and I. I also love their veggie pizza. Hmm I should also mention that my daughter ate a lot of her baked ziti slice, which is great bc she hardly touches her food at dinner unless she truly likes it. I purchased a pizza with half mushrooms on it. After eating two slices of it with mushrooms I got sick really bad. I called them and they said it’s impossible. I said I was fine until I ate the mushroom slices. They wouldn’t do anything about it. I used them a lot in the past. However, their service went down in the toilet.

We are a local business in LIvingston that has been purchasing pizza from Anthony Francos for years, and I cannot believe that after all the loyalty, we noticed disgusting MOLD in the Pizza after half the staff already have eaten the pizza, so we called and the MANAGER named Brian and the minute we were on the phone he did not apologize, or offer anything he just denied and said it was impossible because they make the food fresh every day. I told him I did not care if you made it fresh because the cheese had mold in it and I was disgusted that we all ate some of it. He then sent a driver to the store to pick the pizza up to give the credit of a measly $ 14 and the driver said he had to have the entire pizza, and we told him we did not notice it, UNFORTUNATELYAFTERMOSTOFITWASEATEN, and we are all disgusted. Then the driver put the Manager Brian on the phone and I could not believe what I was hearing from a MANAGER… He actually had the nerve to accuse us of trying to get a free pizza because the entire pizza wasn’t there! TRUSTMEWISHWECAUGHTITSOONER! I cannot believe after all of the years of the staff supporting Anthony Franco’s Pizza by purchasing, in my opinion, this nasty disgusting pizza that’s RAW half the time, and bland, and I personally have had better pizza out of a box. However, the staff still purchased with no complaints, and as a matter of fact when the staff was eating the pizza I looked at it and asked them how they could eat such bland unappealing pizza knowing that there are several other pizza places in town that are much better. As I was saying this and they were eating it is when the employee was eating in and noticed the MOLD, and almost puked! I immediately called Anthony Franco’s Manager Brian and he had the nerve to tell me and my staff on the phone, even after his deliver driver told him on the phone it was MOLD, that it was too bad, and since the pizza was mostly gone, he was not going to credit us the pizza. I could not believe what I was hearing, and that the owner would actually think for one second that we were trying to get our $ 14 back and told us we were lying! Insane! I don’t know what was more DISGUSTING– the PIzza with Mold or how horrible this Manager was, and how he treated a local business that has been supporting them for years! If he worked for our business he would be out of a job! HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! WEAREBRINGINGTHEPIZZATOTHEHEALTHDEPARTMENTONMONDAY! WEAREALLDISGUSTEDINSOMANYWAYS! My staff and I always order from here even though we think this place sucks. Unfortunately there is not many options within this area that deliver. The sauce is watery. I ordered eggplant parm hero twice… Every time the bread is stale and the eggplant is watery and barely anything on the bread. Then, every time I order salads, I specifically ask for two dressings to be on the side… Guess what? Every time the delivery gets here there is no dressing! The girl that takes your order over the phone sounds like a complete airhead. She never understands anything and I find it frustrating to order. I actually need to restrain myself from not calling her a retard. I have spoken to the manager before about the watery sauce and he was defensive and hung up the phone on me. Today I call about the missing dressings(once again) his demeanor over the phone was very«whatever». I asked for a credit back… I highly doubt he will process it. But I think we’ve spent a couple hundred dollars over last year. Now we are officially done!

I love a chewy thick crust… and Anthony Francos Pizza crust is exactly that. My favorite topping is pepperoni… and there was lots of it on my pizza pie. The vegetable pizza pie was loaded with veggies. You need a fork and knife to eat it. Delish! Look forward to coming back!

Walked in here at 2:00pm on a Saturday and the place was filthy. Almost every table(and there were about 20 tables) had food left on them from a previous patron. There was also food and debri all over the floor under each of the tables. I counted about five workers behind the counter not doing anything and it wasn’t crowded at all. There is no excuse for the uncleanliness. I used to frequent their Ramsey location all the time and it was spotless. Very disappointed in this location and will not be back. Note to owner: get the manager from your Ramsey location over to Livingston to whip the place in to shape and get it clean.

Great pizza period. Love the pasta options too. The best part is the consistency of the food experience.

Stopped in for lunch and grabbed a couple of slices. Dough was okay, if on the slightly too thick side for what they had for ‘thin’ slices. Toppings were generous and slices were large. Pirces were reasonable and they take all cards. Only issue was the place was a mess, I got there at 11:45 and it was empty but still had dirty booths and food/trash all over the floor. Obviosuly was not cleaned the night before.

Get their lunch special! Their slices are massive and they reheat them in their oven for you! It’s nice and gooey til the last bite!

Great place. Always great food and friendly as well. Every time we need catering they are pretty much always our first go-to. Best pepper and onion pizza ive ever had too: D

So it’s official — I need to find another pizza place that delivers to West Orange. This is the third time my order has been messed up, and it’s the fourth time they have over charged me. Also, they keep raising their prices. Pizza is pretty good, but they are totally unreliable. I’m out and taking suggestions for who wants my business.

Still love this place’s pizza, but I don’t understand why the quality of the in-pizzeria plain pies and the take-out pies differ so vastly. The plain slice they serve when you eat in house is super delish with a thin and crispy crust. If you order a plain pie for pick up or delivery… the pie is always on the doughy/thicker side, more closely resembling the thickness of the dough on their specialty pies. Bums me out :( Love their specialty pies(esp: eggplant rollatini, buffalo chicken, margherita), but because of this I now choose to order elsewhere in town for plain pies when I’m getting takeout. –1 star for the consistent inconsistency.

Pizza — 5 stars. Especially Phily Stake Pizza. Service 2 stars. Service, mostly phone order. Every time when I call to order something, I need nearly to spell every word. Either they have loud phone place, or girl who answers calls doesn’t want to listen to you. So if you want great pizza, but don’t care about spending 10 minutes on call ordering it — it’s the best place to order it.

Nice crispy crust but the rest of the pizza lacks overall flavor. We tried a white slice, Sicilian, and plain cheese and it just tasted bland.

Really decent pizza joint located in a Shoprite strip mall in Livingston. used to go for kid’s birthday party pick ups and tried the pizza. It’s not fancy but its good and they have a multitude of toppings. The sauasage is excellent as is the buffalo chicken. From traditional to funky they do it all. Subs are also good here. Check it out.

Most people don’t immediately associate Jersey with top notch pizza. Those people are wrong, and they clearly have never been to Anthony Francos. I moved to Texas 4 years ago and every time I visit my hometown, the first thing I do is swing for two slices of Anthony Francos delicious pizzas. Between their Italian selections such as Eggplant Florentine and Vodka Marinara Special and their non-traditional pies like Taco Pizza and Honey Chicken Bacon Deluxe, there is always something to enjoy. And when I get a bunch of my friends over, you can bet we order 4 pies that are gone within 30 minutes of delivery. An excellent place for excellent pizza.
