Just went through the drive through after a fun night, as we often do. We were served cold food and, on top of that, were not offered sauce.
We waited for a few minutes to see if the girl would come back so we can ask for fire sauce, but she didn’t. We honked the horn, still nothing. Honked again and waited, still nothing. It looked like one of the sleepy employees looked at us for a minute but then he just kept sleeping.
VERY disappointed

This is my favorite taco bell. My boyfriend and I come here randomly (often drunk) and they are really nice. The food is always on point and i don’t think they’ve ever gotten our order wrong. they were slow with the order once because it was super busy (not their fault) and they gave us some extra food to make up for it.
