Slow service but hot food. It’s fast food that’s really really slow. There’s a KFC with it. Friendly service. Whether you go in or drive thru, expect at least a 15 min wait!

I recently moved into the area. I’ve gone there several times. It’s one of those TB/KFC combo places. It’s always the same, expect a 10 – 15 minute wait. Since we have to wait so long, we get a chance to observe and see what’s happening. It’s a bunch of employees not knowing whose doing what. There’s always a guy in charge barking orders right from the register, asking if this order is coming up, if that one is. He then has to check the bags because he doesn’t know what’s in them. He had a small blonde girl standing next to him practically the whole time and it seemed her job was to hand you your tray after he, the register man loaded it up. That seemed to be her sole purpose! There was another kid who stood behind the counter at the food pick up, flirting with a customer girl, and not doing a thing the whole time we were there. So there’s at least 6,7 employees in there, but they don’t seem to be trained as efficiently or as well as a small 3 person place I’m familiar with. I have so far gone 3 times, gotten somebody else’s order in with mine twice and once got an entirely different order which was odd since I was the only customer. I don’t get the manager also being the only one running front register thing, but it doesn’t work! He should be back in the middle instead, delegating. I can only imagine what hell it is to go through the drive through, we go inside to the front counter to witness the floor show.

Here in 2014 the speed and level of service has not changed. Have gone through drive thru and inside at different times of day and its always a long wait and DONOTFORGET to check your order. I’ve worked in fast food as crew and management and you can see that no one gives a crap here about quality service. its a split KFC/Taco Bell for those who weren’t aware.

Seriously slow service. I ordered lunch at 12:53, and didn’t get served until 1:08: *15* minutes??? There weren’t many people ahead of me, and I didn’t see any huge orders go out ahead of mine — just slow delivery. To make matters worse, they didn’t even apologize. They just handed me my order like everything was normal. Also, they have a policy where they don’t give sauce packets unless you remember to ask. They even have it posted on a little sign.
