Shakabuku Designs

The staff at Shakabuku Designs is terrific! I love the fact that their inventory is constantly being refreshed, it’s modern, it’s contemporary and it’s hot! Their prices are amazing. Their staff is incredibly helpful. They are my go-​to shop when I want to reward myself with a new outfit.
Oh by the way, they do custom shirts too! They’ll do 1 or a 100 shirts, so make sure to ask next time you have a special event that you’d like personalized shirts for.
I’d give them 5 stars over and over again!

Beware My fellow female patrons. This store does not guarentee its clothing. You’d get better quality, and customer service at your local K mart store.

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! RUDE STAFF, CHEAP INVENTORY, AND RIDICULOUS RETURN POLICY. My wife and I go in there and pretty much have to beg to get any assistance and when we finally find someone, the booch has a big attitude. Clothes we’re mediocre and average at best. It’s a joke and not even worth your time.

I would not recommend this store for any gift buying! They have a strict 3 day no refunds and no exchange policy. Really 3 days– and no exchange? I went into the store because my husband and daughter had bought a cute outfit for me for valentines day. I was out of town and they gave it to me two days later. So I tried the outfit on, loved it but did not like a belt they put with it. So a few weeks later when I got the time to stop by and fully wanted to look around and exchange it. Well guess what no exchanges. Not even for a more expensive item. The lady, I believe the owner, stated very firm and almost rudely that she as several signs posted about her three day no exchange and no return policy. She even had the nerve to tell me it’s also posted on the receipt at the bottom, even after I told her it was a gift from my husband. Ya, I always get the sales receipt with the cost someone paid when I get a gift from a friend or husband. Really. I caution anyone thinking they would buy from this store and give as a gift, because 3 days is nothing. Not to mention, are you going to tell someone they only have 3 days to make up their mind if they will keep something or else sorry, no exchange it’s yours even if it doesn’t fit. I will tell my husband who has given me things there before to not shop there anymore.
The owner wrote a response about store credit given to me? She must be thinking about another customer, because this was not offered or even mentioned to me when I said came in. Which was what I was trying to do, by asking if I could exchange for something that day? Not really a good response to a bad policy, or how they handled it that day.

I totally love this store! They are so helpful when I am looking for ideas. I went in to make a shirt to wear at my son’s upcoming game and they designed on and made it for me in less than a day!!! Also made a matching hat!!!
I love the clothes that they carry too. My daughter fell in love with the dresses. Great for homecoming!!! All the clothes they carry are very fashionable.
The staff is very nice, and are very helpful!

If your looking for trendy fun clothes, purses, hats, blinged out jeans and more, this is a great place to go. MY FAVORITE PART of Shakabuku is the ability to customize shirts, sweat shirts, fleece, hats, jackets, blankets, uniforms, bags, chair backs with art work I bring in or select. I can have almost anything embroidered (even in different languages), blinged out, and/​or vinyl designs added too. My teenage daughter had a 15^th Birthday party in the store. They closed the store and had a customizing t-​shirt party, they had a blast!
One great service available at Shakabuku is the opportunity to order just one item and it is done on site! This is especially great when our team needs to add just one shirt or sweatshirt. Shakabuku was even able to turn around a custom birthday gift in a day because it’s done on site Not true of other local merchants who send out items and charge me for the pleasure. Shop Shakabuku, shop local and keep it local. Tell them Sharon sent you!

Great customer service. Jacquelyn is so wonderful & helpful. Andrea is great too. They both helped me with custom hats and shirts that turned out amazing. I also love the clothes!

I went to Shakabuku Designs today for the first time. Cute store, nice helpful staff and really cute clothes. But what I love the best about this store is the prices of the clothes. Really great prices, I definately felt like I got a good deal here and I had a great sales person who helped me alot eventhough the store filled up with lots of other customers, the sales clerk made time nicely for everyone.

I love this place! If you like blingy stuff this is the place to go. The jeans fit great and are high quality.

I would like to update my review that i posted on August 26^th. Since then Andrea has made everything right, i do like this place and she understood where i was coming from and really came to my aid. I have since bought 3 shirts from them and really love them I was even asked today where i got my shirt made :-)

If you haven’t made your way to downtown Livermore and checked this place out, you don’t know what you’re missing! This is the place to be if you want to get your creative on! And if you’re not creative they’ve got you covered there too!
You won’t believe the décor, the selection and the people are great too! If you can think it, they can help you create it. From just a plain T to over the top shirts, hoodies, leggings and more.
It was a truly fun experience. There is something for everyone, baby, children, men & women. The best part is the cost. I couldn’t believe how you could come up with these creations that you’d pay sooo much more for at a department store and it’s completely original.
I really encourage you to go and see this store. You won’t be disappointed.
