I have stopped going to Panda for almost a year now because of the poor customer service and the taste and the quality of the food was going down the toilet every day today for the first time I went in with an open mind to grab a quick bite to eat but not to my surprise the food was worst then I remembered, was hard an cold kung pao chicken flavorless swimming in sauce but no flavor the honey walnut shrimp was so soggy instead of arguing and getting my money back I just threw away the food and walked out disappointed never again shall I come back what has happened to the good food of Panda Express I used to come three times a week to eat at this location

Love the HW Shrimp and orange chicken. The bowl is a perfect choice for me, not to big (I hate wasting food), rice and 1 item. It’s also the fastest Panda I’ve been too.

So gross. Every corner of the diningroom was dirty. Rice noodles and food everywhere. One staff member on break and 2 behind the counter with no line and no one can pick up a broom. Didn’t want to put my baby girl down even in the carseat. Just yuck.

I love coming here! Usually fresh and yummy, but the customer service is awesome! Shaina and Claudia are the best ever :)

Went in to grab a quick dinner and it turned out to be anything but.
We got there and practically everything was empty so we had to wait for new food to come out. The girls behind the counter handed us our bag and we left. We didn’t know until we got home that we were missing a plate so I headed back to get it. Mind you it’s on the complete opposite side of town so going back was a huge inconvenience. The girl that originally didn’t bag our food correctly was fairly rude as if it wasn’t her fault. By the time I got back it and my plate were cold. Had I felt like going back again I would’ve called and complained but I was sick of driving back and forth just for more disappointment.

Have tried this location several times and will not be wasting my time again! Sign in front of display said «Not all entrees available» which is not a problem… things run out, however the items that they did have were placed randomly in the display and did not correspond with the food labels. Female server needs to smile. Had to wait for two entrees and was asked for my name. «Lesley» and the server looked at me and said“Oh I will just write Lee” REALLY! My boxed food waited for the remaining items for 16 mins. Not an acknowledgment for the wait time, sorry, nothing.

Worst service… ever… Sorry dudes we’ve given you several chances. I know it’s a tough gig working retail, I’m a barista, but c’mon… Every time we go you’re out of a main dish, if a customer has to wait 15+ mins for an entrée at least comp that item. It’s not a restaurant… it’s take out. If we wanted to wait 20+ mins for food we would’ve gone to a real Chinese restaurant.

Took 30 minutes to receive potstickers. Unfriendly, slow, and understaffed. Disappointed for a Livermore joint. Vegetable mix was dry and one person was actually working. Go somewhere else unless you want to waste your time.

I used to LOVE Chinese food but now I can almost never eat it because I have a corn allergy, and cornstarch is used in almost any Chinese dish you can think of. Panda Express is like top-​quality take-​out but it’s the closest thing I can get to real Chinese these days, so it holds a special place in my heart.
The food is decent. It’s very oily and sometimes the wait is TORTUOUS, but let me tell you, nothing beats the egg-​fried rice when it’s freshly cooked. And the orange chicken… mmmmmm. The mushroom chicken is very delicious, as well. I also like the vegetable chicken, the pepper chicken, and their beef/​broccoli.
Pretty good spring rolls, too!
Don’t recommend the soup at all. It’s like drinking A1 sauce.

The food leaves much to be desired. Worst Panda restaurant I have been at. The local mall has the better noodles, but for a quick and ready to go meal this is the place. I like that its located near the Starbucks, and grocery area, as well as a nail/​waxing place. Staff is pretty friendly, except when on their break, in which case the lines pile up while they watch the unlucky staff member tend to the rush of customers.

Hungover? Sick? Pregnant? This is the place to go. I have had mixed experience here, some horrible waiting for ever for food, but mostly it’s standard level of service price, and it’s fast food so what can you expect. It’s a guilty pleasure when the moment strikes you, and you don’t share with anyone else. I will come back.

Dirty tables and floor. Food all over the floor. What a mess. New Honey chicken was bland and the Seracha Shrimp was bland. Chow Mein was a bit dry. I wouldn’t return to this particular Panda.

I went there in down time, around 3pm. Food was lacking, and the person who helped me was more focused on the conversation she was having with someone who also worked there (that was taking a break in the dining room). She was rude, didn’t even bother to smile or anything. She treated me (the customer) like I was an inconvenience to her day. I thought their paychecks were paid by customers.
I enjoy Panda when I want chinese food quick, but I will not be returning to this location.

This used to be my go-​to-​spot for quick, tasty Chinese food. Up until mid September of 2012, the food was always tasty, the portions satisfactory and the servers were pleasant.
Oh well, things do change and have they changes here … on my LAST visit, I waited in line (was out the door — (with the door open to the wind and the rain!) for over 20 minutes — all the while noticing the manager eating her meal — right in the middle of the dining room! Having been in food service most of my life, I understand that customer service is paramount in sustaining a good relationship with your customer base. I don’t care if the manager hadn’t eaten in 12 hours — if you have a line of 15 customers at 6:20 PM on a Thursday night — you put your aside and run behind the counter to help.
And to top it off, my server was coughing into her ungloved hand and continued to serve food — right in front of me. I almost walked out when she adjusted her hair with her serving hand — then right back to handling food — certainly not SERV-​SAFE!
Haven’t seen my older, small Hispanic server there in a long time — she was the serving grace of the whole operation … guess I’ll have to drive to Pleasanton from now on.

This is an update to my previous five star review.
The food is still delicious.
The service is still exceptional.
But is it just me, or are the portions served getting smaller? I’ve thought this on our last few visits.

Fast Food Chinese. Food can be good or garbage depending on how long it has sit out. Nice Employees.
The people that I want to complain about are «the other customers» they cut in line and then have to take all day to finally say what they want. If you are one of these people you should take a long walk off of a short cliff. Douche bags!

I am very unpleased by this Panda Express. I went here on my way home from the Niner game. I was really hungry and tierd… and first the service was slow. Then they mixed up my order. Plus when they fixed my order I had such little portions!
The only thing good here was the the cleanliness of the restaurant. Excuse me but I will never come here again.

Updating my review with the latest menu, we come here often to get our fill of affordable Chinese food with variety. I suspect, since my last review, portions have become smaller. I would sooner pay a little more. But they have not slighted in quality.
Fried rice: Not my fav PE choice, so-​so.
Chow mein: Good, better with a soy-​sauce
Beijing Beef: Very good
Kobari Beef: Very great.
Orange Chicken: Great, when fresh — the best
Mushroom Chicken: Okay
Mandarin Chicken: Good, better with sauce
New Garlic Chicken: Tastes good, but has more pieces of broccoli than chicken.
Kung Pao Shrimp: Good, but my last order the shrimp was still blue, meaning undercooked covered with sauce.
Walnut Shrimp: Fair. Considering a $ 1 premium, I overlook it.
Spring rolls: Pass
Chicken Pot Stickers (with sauce): Surprisingly great (good price too)
