Damn good be smoked porter. Super friendly. Corn hole bags a bit grungy. My friend who likes hoppy ipas found a couple he really liked

We hosted my brother’s college graduation here in December. It was the prefect venue for a party of about 30 – 40 people. EB offers a great deal on hosting events at their establishment, I would highly recommend looking into it as an option. Kids are welcome too, which is a plus! Friendly service and great tasting beer!

Stopped in here after a ride to Mt. Diablo. Great little place tucked away in a business park. The beer was excellent, the bartender was cool to chat with, and they had a lobster food truck out front selling killer food. Really nice place with a great atmosphere. Highly recommend it.

Ok so I showed up 75 mins before they opened and had 100 miles to drive to get home. The brain trust was inside and seen us walk up to read the sign and inform us we had a bit of a wait and after I informed them of our plight they filled me and sent us on our way! Beer Belgian style received many reviews all epic when shared with freinds Thank you.

GIANT Jenga! That’s what we saw right when we walked through the door. How can a place not be awesome with giant Jenga? And indoor cornhole? And Yahtzee? ANDPUPPIES?! Puppies and beer. It’s just… it’s just… it’s fluffy, hoppy awesomeness. Oh, and have you ever heard a tower of giant Jenga blocks fall? It’s quite impressive.

Nice folks. Decent beer. Really enjoyed the open, casual lay-out. I like that the place doesn’t feel like a bar.

Nice selection of craft IPAs, but wide variety of styles to choose from which appeal to many tastes. If you’re not certain what will appeal to you, suggest ordering a few tastes to compare. Favorite IPA is the Hoppy Salvation. Love the fun, casual open ambience with picnic tables and board games to choose from. Can also bring your dogs if you like! No substantive food is served, but can order some light dry snacks like goldfish to compliment the beer.

Pretty good beer selection. I enjoyed the Maple RIPA, though it could use a tiny bit more body with the flavor. The Hoppy Annihilation was also quite good. The people working were as helpful and friendly as you’d expect, though right when we walked in, I got quite a few stares from the locals and it made me feel like an outsider. The lighting is also weirdly dark and I didn’t find the areas away from the windows very pleasant. I don’t know if we’ll ever come back, but I’m in no hurry. The locals can have it.

Good selection but mediocre beer. The only beer that stood out to my friend and I was the besmoked porter. My friend primarily loves ipas but drinks all types, while I like darks and some lights. Our tastes combined cover the whole spectrum, but we were disappointed. On the bright side it’s a cool place to hang out. They got corn hole and a ton of board games. The beers are well priced at like $ 6 and so are the 4 taster paddles. They do sell snacks like goldfish and water is provided. Probably won’t be back but it was nice to check out

Cool concept, not the greatest location, and mediocre beer. I greatly anticipated this place since it was recommended by a guy down at Patxi’s Pizza in Livermore. It wasn’t too far from Downton Livermore so it was a no brainer to check it out! My first instinct was to head back to Altamont as their mid-tiered beers like the IPA’s are fantastic. I should have followed my instincts(insert crotch grab here…) In short Eight Bridges had a solid lineup on paper but nothing really jumped out the glass for me. I may try it one more time but when you can tap into Bike Dog, Yolo, or Jack Rabbit in West Sacramento in the same amount of time from Stockton count me in for some solid beer from the Port City. Eight Bridges, you have potential so keep on keepin’ on!

This is a really cool little brewery. I ordered the sampler, and I just relied on the bartender for their recommendations. Everything they selected was excellent. Also I really like that energy inside the place, they have games board games darts all that good stuff. And it’s right next to a little amusement park so you can drink, then head over for some mini golf!

This has to be my favorite brewery in Livermore. It is literally a hole in the wall. Once you find it, you will be back. The brewmaster is actually serving beers and is always there to answer any questions. I have learned so much from him. The place is also kid friendly since they have games and live bands at times. Gotta get the Obeardly Stout, Yummmm

So this place is pretty surprising. It’s in a semi-business area of Livermore close to Boomers. You would not expect to find a brewery here BUT I’m glad it’s here. It’s not a ginormous place by any means; There’s 3 long tables(you could really do community style if you want), about 4 high tables, and some seats at their bar top. They have a decent selection of beers with some wild tastes and descriptions. I got a flight with the Salvation, Annihilation, O’Beardsley’s Stout, and the Silenus followed by a pint of the stout. I liked all the beers I had. Silenus was the most sour and my «least favorite» but I still drank it all. The staff was really friendly and they have a ton of games to play while you’re there. We unfortunately did not get to see the house wiener dog, he was not there :(. *Dog and kid friendly! There was an older lab that was walking around off leash saying hi to people :) **You can bring your own food in! There is a taqueria near by and food places in the plaza off the freeway you can stop at first. We brought in In n Out: D

Ok, let me get to zee point! I was surprised… Great vibe. Great well rounded beer. Profiles are not exaggerated… Pure flavours, descent prices for a California brewery, a lot of German influence in their bier, and a very kind and helpful bunch of people. My roommate, girlfriend, and wife(same chic BTW) had a go at their Pilsner and said«ooh yeah, hello Bavaria!!!» Yea, she has a crush on German brew and this place more than sufficed for Valentines Day, which was an accident since we don’t «celebrate BS holidays. Now drink up America and enjoy some 8 Bridges beer!

Excellent little brewery in Livermore. Kind of hard to find so use your GPS. Usually around 10 different beers on tap. Lots of hoppy beers but that seems to be the thing around Livermore. More laid back than Altamont brewing and usually quieter. They have games to play inside and lots of seating. Definitely one of the top breweries in the area. And they allow dogs!

+1 Fantastic array for craft beers. My all time favorite is Twisted Red. They also had an Old Ale when I was there that was fantastic. +1 Their in house wiener dog is ultra cute. +1 For being able to bring in food to eat there, the atmosphere, the amount of room and seating, and corn hole! +1 the knowledgeable staff that helped me out. I think his name is Travis.

Solid Craft Brewery came for there 1 year anniversary shin dig, very welcoming cool event. Enjoyed a few glasses of there Happy Salvation IPA, a lovely bitter but smooth IPA. Outside is some most excellent wood fired pizza Kens Wood Fired Pizza, although I understand food is not always available here, hence the 4 stars out 5, it’s a honest 4.5 stars. My observation is they make a beer to match pallet of most lovers of the fine art of craft brewing. From my IPA I can tell the Brewmaster knows his Sh*t. If I was to give any criticism, that would be the none pint glass, looks to be a 14oz pour for $ 6 smackers, a minor dig if the brew was not this good might take umbrage but quality does buy some good will. Check this fine hole in wall Brewery out! We shall be back!

What a nice change of pace from all the wine we had in livermore! We’ve decided to do a beer tastings after all the wine tastings trip we had in livermore. This brewery is located at a commercial office lot, which didn’t look right at first. But the inside is amazing! There is a sign next to the counter which shows all the crafted beer they have for the day. On the day we visited, there were 6, of course we did a tasting for all of them. BTW, love the way they serve the tasting glasses. You can also bring your own food. I highly suggest you do so, I was hankering for fries and my friend was longing for a burger haha. My favorites during this visit were: Twisted Red(Red ale), and Hoppy DIPA Annihilation. The Red ale had the perfect bitterness for my taste bud. The following one had the sense of grapefruit/citrus flavor + bitterness. Also with 100 on the IBU scaleyou must try it!
