I walked in the store and I have to say the prices are ridiculous! You can get a better deal from the full line Hollister and the Abercrombie store. a shirt at Hollister is $ 6 and at the outlet its $ 12! How is that possible?! Do yourself a favor and shop at the full line Hollister and Abercrombie way better deals way cheaper prices and better quality!

This is my late review from the thanksgiving weekend. Went there for holiday shopping and stocking on t-shirts for gifts to family and friends. it is one store for Hollister and A&F. no real partition. The stock was extremely limited — Slightly better at hollister than A&F. The store looked completely raided– but you could blame the holiday crowd for that. Not appropriately staffed to handle the crowd. Couldnt get anyone to help us get sizes or pick up the clothing that were a little unreachable. Fortunately for me, Mr is tall and helped in that department.

Store is very unorganized, clothes everywhere, short on staff so no help. Just as other A&F stores. it’s dim, dark, and messy inside.

So this store is Hollister and Abercrombie & Fitch combined. The first thing you think of when you walk in: it’s such a mess! They have tons of tables just full of piles of clothes. An OCD, neat freak like me wanted to start rearranging the clothes nicely. Not many people want to just rummage through a pile of wrinkly clothes to look for the right item. Isn’t that why they hire staff? Not sure why I saw everyone ignore the piles of clothes and rearrange the walls instead. The only person who was nice and seemed like she liked her job, was the cashier. Sad, because there were like 6 people on the floor. I had to go through 2 of them to find the right person for the fitting rooms too. Poor customer service and sloppy appearance! Beware!

The first impression that anyone in the world would have on this store is that this store is an absolute mess! When I am referring to a mess, I am saying a pyramid of clothing stacked all over the place and piles of pants everywhere on the table. The staff are not very helpful and they lounge around a lot. There was a huge sale during the time when I went of fifty percent of all purchases, so that is a huge plus of the day!

Why do I bother? Oh because my teenager insists. Ridiculous the employees of this store act like they are doing us a favor. 6 people on the floor and not one of them bothered coming to ring us up as we stood in line at 4pm on a weekday. I finally asked if someone could please ring us up. With an attitude cashier 1980171 finally rang us up. No customer service at all and no thank you. I guess my $$ and business is no good here.

Besides the mess of clothes everywhere… I tried on a pair of shorts only to have my door opened on me by the woman who JUST put me in to the stall. So my lower half was displayed to her & the man trying to get a stalll. Also, they seem to have good deals but good luck finding them. The full priced racks say 50% off clearance which is confusing enough and I never found the«right» clearance things because nothing was cheaper at the register.
