Dooney & Bourke

I had a great shopping experience here today. Although I didn’t find my SF Giants bag, they had a black bag with the white SF Giants emblems on it. It wasn’t the one I wanted. But, I did find a great fall/​winter bag with awesome cognac colored leather trim for only $ 75! Customer service, Natalie, was very nice and extremely helpful. She did inform me that the cream colored SF Giants line of bags will not be available at any of the outlets and will only be available online. :(oh well… still had a great time at this outlet mall and will definitely be back to the Dooney store.

Love d&b products! Just don’t like being watched like a hawk while I shop. I understand theft prevention completely but come on. Being watched by two associates when it’s just my small party of 2.5 (mother, son & me) is unnecessary. One associate is enough especially in ONE section of the store.
Being pressured while shopping in a store is one of the reasons I don’t frequent a store. Good thing I’m not from around the area.

This was my first visit to Dooney & Bourke Factory Store located in the Livermore Premium Outlets. The store of course was bustling with so many shoppers and customers roaming around the fairly small store.
My mom stopped on in to browse around and see if she could find any good bargains since it was Labor Day Weekend we were here. The store was pretty clean and somewhat organized, except the for the cashier area. The cashier area was very messy but that’s doesn’t really matter to us customers haha. The cashier area is a square and the inside of the square was were it was messy…
My mom didn’t find any bargains here today on this trip so just a merely 3 stars. It was an «A-​OK» experience. Nothing special.

I’m very hesitant to write this review because I love Dooney & Bourke so much.
I was up in San Francisco on Labor Day weekend and went to visit the Livermore outlet store.
I was very disappointed in their selection, lack of customer service and the MESS.
Purses and wallets were thrown around like nobody’s business.
The employees had awful communication trying to figure out which one of them should help to find a purse for me. (Why ask another sales associate when you can do it yourself?)
When I asked for help with purses, they were out of stock and didn’t even offer to look it up on their system.
The Cabazon and Carlsbad outlet store would have checked, no matter how busy they were!
I understand it was a holiday weekend, but I’ve been to the SoCal Dooney outlets on holiday weekends and have never had a bad experience.
I guess I’ve been spoiled by the Cabazon and Carlsbad Outlets, but my experience at the Livermore D&B outlet was just downright abysmal.
I will give them a second shot on a weekend they are not busy with a holiday whenever I’m up in SF again.
Hopefully that experience was just a fluke.

I went to Dooney and Burke outlet in search of Mother’s day gifts for a few people. The cashier was very helpful and nice to me. I spent $ 610 cash in this store. On Mother’s Day, my mom and mother in law ended up getting the wallet to match the purses I bought for them. So, I went back to return the wallets I bought. I was told by Selenia (a manager) that I cannot get my money back. She was very nasty, and had so intenetions on satisfying me as a customer. The other cashier with the heavy makeup (African American girl) Was nasty too. I did not get her name.
So, the point of this is, they are very nice to you while spending money in their store but once you want to make a return they are rude and nasty. Selenia told me that the cashier should have told me they do not do returns. I told her I was not aware of that because the cashier never told me. She was very snobby and I will never shop there again. Now, I need to figure out what to do with $ 320 of store credit that I am no longer interested in. Definitely not the place to go if there is any chance that you may want to make a return. They do not tell you up front before you make the expensive purchase.

Great deals here but I’m not impressed of customer service during my recent visit on a weekday. I went there again later this weekend and customer service was far better than the weekday.

I love this place! I found the greatest purse at the greatest price! I finally made it to the Livermore Outlets and was pleasantly surprised to see this store. I don’t buy these purses in the department stores, because they’re too expensive. I bought the most beautiful pink purse (leather of course) and it sort of «goes» with all my clothes. Hey, that rhymes! I bought the exact same purse (in blue) for my daughter, and she loves it. The service was great. My daughter was a little bit in shock, because this was the first purse that I bought that wasn’t black!

They placed their return policy to the far side of their counter… sales clerks does not explain their return policy.
I paid by credit card. When I went back to return w/​my receipt. The First word that came out of the sales clerk mouth was…“Only Store credit or DB gift certificate. Not even a greeting!!!

This store is one of the reasons why I love coming to these outlets. This is the ONLY Dooney Outlet in Northern CA!
When they first opened, I found a cute black purse with multi colored charms around it, and then I found my multi colored ducks purse which was only $ 81! Sweet deal! Can’t wait to see what they’ll have this weekend!

We usually fly over to Las Vegas to visit Dooney & Bourke Factory Store. So now, we have to just drive 50 minutes to here. Everything in the store was 30−60% off retail price. Great deals and located next to the food court.
