Mattress Firm Clearance

This was by far the best experience that I had buying furniture. My husband and I just purchased a home and have been to Ashley Furniture, Bassett, Rooms to Go, you name it. At each of these stores we have been hounded by sales people as soon as we walked in. Each time we walked into a store, we received a hello followed by a slew of prices and verbal advertisements without them relating to us and uncovering our true needs. When we went to Mattress Firm we expected the same. I was completely wrong. Upon entering Mattress Firm Keith greeted us with a smile and genuine conversation before talking price range and mattress type. Eventually we looked at mattresses. Keith was very patient and knowledgeable. He provided a lot of recommendations and appeased my husband’s analytical personality. Keith worked with our request and our budget. Our intention was to only leave with a mattress and we left with a mattress, headboard, box spring, footboard, and a chair massage :-) Thanks Keith for a fantastic experience.

5 star… From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted and introduced to the two men who were working at the time. Huge shout out to Scott Autry and Deon Silansky for taking such good care of me, because when I walked in there I was still mad from my experience from another store. I knew exactly what I wanted and exactly what I wanted to pay and was not in the mood for some BS trying to make me buy more than I wanted to. I actually got the bed of my dreams and under my budget… AND…will delivered tomorrow!!! Now that is great customer service!!!
Bed delivered and set up, and they took away my old bed. I like the fact they break down the old beds they get and recycle them.

I have never brought a mattress before … well at least not from an actual store. I have purchased high dollar furniture and those sales people can be worst than car dealerships. But no pushy salesperson at this place! I never once felt rushed or annoyed while at Mattress Firm. Our salesman didn’t even seemed put off that we laid on every bed like 4 times.
What I loved most about this place is that it was no interest for 5 years … totally don’t need 5 years but its a great perk. I appreciate that with the amount I purchased I received «rewards» immediately. Free mattress protector, free delivery, free pillow, free bed frame … did I mention all that was FREE!
As for the delivery the windows were 3 hours which is reasonable compared to freakin cable companies. They even offered an after 5 PM window which is awesome! They arrived on time and set everything up for us.
