This review is for the aurora location which opened 3 weeks ago. Staff is extremely friendly! Try the sake sampler we liked them all! Fair prices $ 20 – 25 for hibachi or $ 30ish with some of the specialty items like lobster tail and filet mingon

VERY disappointed in our visit here. The manager’s greeting was«cold & aloof» which set a bad tone to start. We have had hibachi & sushi @ MANY locations in our travels & this was unacceptable. We had several selections including the Ocean selection… very poor calamari steak & scallops, the shrimp was acceptable. The best item in the dinner was the fried rice & it was excellent. Not saying much for the $ paid! Will NOT return guaranteed.

I never had the Hibachi, but the sushi didn’t taste fresh at all. The service wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. Usually the wait staff at sushi restaurants explain what type of roll or fish is on your plate, not here(I honestly think our waitress had no idea what she served us). She was friendly though. Sorry Sakura, but you need to step up your game if you’re going to compete in the sushi market.

My husband and I always come here to eat sushi. It is the better option in Littleton. The service can be a little slow at times and atmosphere is a little weird how its setup but I don’t mind it. They have a hibachi side and they also have a little bar but no one’s ever sitting there!?? Great happy hour deals too!

After a couple of bad experiences, we were hesitant about going back. But since it’s so close to home, we thought we’d give it another shot. Saturday night at prime time, so the service staff were busy. But we had nice company and the beers were yummy. food was great. Our chef, Marco, was pleasant. We really enjoyed ourselves tonight. The veggie tofu with spicy garlic sauce was awesome. We will be back.

The food is good, but it’s expensive for what you’re getting(ex: they charge $ 2 for a tablespoon of «Diablo sauce,» which is mayo and paprika). The wait staff was pretty bad-my water was empty the entire time I was here. The one waiter who was actually working was friendly, but the other waiter spent the entire time watching tv at the bar with the hostess. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I probably won’t be back.

We saw some yummy rolls pictures from the comments of this place but when we got here, they were not on the menu. beef tataki was great. Yaki soba was ok. Sushi rolls were not good. Serving was alright. We were here at 330, the least busy time, and it took super long for our food to arrive.

A sushi craving brought me into this cavernous restaurant, and I left totally satisfied. The cost of sushi is relatively high, but the quality absolutely justified the price. The portions of fish on nigiri were the largest and best I have seen in many years. This was a big surprise and very welcome! I will be back to try the other offerings.

I stopped in to this place because a colleague raved about the hibachi. I am not a hibachi kind of gut, but I gave it a try since I was on this side of town. I must say, I am still not a hibachi kind of guy. The portions were ok for the price, but not fantastic. The meat was fairly good, but without the sauces, it would have been below average. The fried rice had such a light flavor, in fact, it had very little flavor. The service was great, but with food that tasted like takeout, I won’t return… but I’m not a hibachi guy anyway.

I love hibachi style of dinner. It’s healthy, fast and entertaining! I tried their Shrimp and Rib Eye Steak combo $ 25 with fried rice extra $ 3.25. The meat was tender. The shrimp. I prefer mine with just buttered garlic on it. Why do the hibachi shrimps here in CO are cooked with soy sauce plus garlic butter? I’m not used to it and imho the shrimps taste better without the soy sauce. Just plain ‘ol garlic butter n salt. Oh well. Their starter Beef Tataki in ponzu sauce was one of the best! $ 8.50. Their edamame was $ 4.25. We sat with a big group of friendly people. I love the hibachi concept of the communal table. It gives you an opportunity to meet new folks. Overall this is a place I would return to if in the area.

Excellent lunch menu options, portion and prices. My wife did not care so much for the sushi options we added on but the hibachi was tasty and entertaining. The tempura ice cream is amazing, weird at first but amazing!!! I have gone back several times and the staff is polite and food is always good.

Really disappointed in this restaurant. Have been going here forever and love the food, it’s just too much for one person. Be careful to read All the fine print at the bottom of a large menu because my husband and I tried to split a large $ 30 menu item and we were going to purchase an extra salad $ 5.00 and were told there would be a seat charge of $ 5.00 or we could substitute for an appetizer. This has never happened before when two seats next to us were empty. Without going to detail, a medical condition limits food intake for myself and we don’t need to bring home $ 15 worth of food. It’s almost discriminatory!!! Paid for our drink and left and won’t be back. It’s great for a celebration but not if you don’t eat a lot or don’t want leftovers on a night that isn’t included as a celebration.

Food was fresh and delicious, service was pretty good, although they did forget the salad that came with the hibachi meal. Definitely going to come back if I’m in the area.

We love Hibachi, not just for the food, but also for the experience. This place is awesome. I don’t need fancy, stuffy restaurants to make me happy — just give me a place with good food, and I am in… I am so delighted that they were able to accommodate my severe dislike for onions and omit them from the fried rice and vegetarian meal. Not every place will do that and I end up eating steamed rice, which is fine, but if I am going to blow my diet for the day, I want me some delicious fried rice. The vegetarian dish is heavenly, crisp tofu and fresh vegetables… I might have to go tonight after writing this review. :)

This place is okay, but I’ve definitely experienced better both in service and food. To begin, we had a reservation for 14 at 6:30 pm. When we arrived, which we were all 10 minutes early, we ended up standing around until 7:00 pm to be seated. They sat us at a hibachi table, but we were so close together that we had absolutely no room around us. After being seated, we easily waited another 15 minutes to put in our drink order, then another 15 minutes to get our drinks. By this time, it was 7:30 pm. We finally put in our dinner order, and the chef came over to cook. We received our items so spread out over the next 30 minutes, that by the time they cooked my steak, I was already full on veggies and rice. To boot, the food was just meh. I will give this place the benefit of the doubt and give them two stars. I don’t think they knew how to handle our large group on a busy Saturday night. However, you are in the food service business, and delivering food is your main goal. if you make a reservation for 6:30, you don’t want to sit around waiting for your food until 7:30.

Lots of choices for lunch and/or dinner and always something new from the Specials menu. I really enjoyed the«Sakura Bomb Roll» which doesn’t have rice or nori, but a cucumber ring around kani(crab) and lobster salad, drizzled with a special pink sauce, a tad sweet and a tad spicy, very yummy and refreshing. And I always, always enjoy the homemade 2 sides that come with every lunch. This time around it was marinated bean sprouts and a couple squares of fried tofu topped with the same pink sauce mentioned above, fairly appetizing. Entrees here are more on the healthy side then delicious. They touted the fact that they don’t marinate their meat, well, sometimes sauces added afterwards or on top can only do so much. Dessert is something else. OMG the sheer quantity is comforting! Besides the Fried Brownies and Ice Cream, I loved the Funnel Cake Ball and Ice Cream even better! Make sure you save room! Something special they started doing is taking your group photo and developing it so you can have it at the end of the meal. The first photo is free, then each additional print only $ 1. Thoughtful and fun!
