Food was awesome as usual! It was a little sad for my son to be brought his free Ice cream desert but didn’t get his song sang to him like all the others all around him. He counted 8 birthday songs sung. Server was new and we didn’t want to make him feel bad as he was VERYKIND. But my son did leave feeling sad.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this location has been consecutively bad the last 4 times I’ve visited over the last 6 months. We keep thinking maybe we’ll give it another shot, maybe just a bad experience but this is the last time we will be visiting. The waiter took about 15 minutes to come and take our drink order, which by that time we were already ready to order food. Our drinks took a long time to come out which didn’t sit well with my two small children. After the renovation they had it seems the prices have gone up and the portions(i.e. friend baskets, soup) have gone way down. I had to get up and wander around because we never got napkins, silverware, appetizer plates. Not surprisingly the restaurant was empty and we saw our waiter twice before we paid for our meal that was $ 35 for two drinks, one entrée(blta) and one kids meal on the computer they have on the table that seems completely unnecessary and takes away from any sort of family interaction(because of course children want to play games) when they claim to be a «family establishment. Why would we want to order our food and pay on our computer when we have a waiter? Isn’t that part of your dining experience? Customer service at its worst

I’m surprise with everyone else’s good reviews, I waited 20 mins just for my soda and the bottomless fries… then of course they bring my drink & fries out a few mins mins before my food arrived at the table. My food was GREAT I’ll give it that, but the service was just poop. sorry guys but a thumbs Down on this red robin location…

This is the third Red Robin we’ve dine at. It’s small and tight. Our server was pleasant and friendly. The meal was good. I had the bleu ribbon burger. The only slight turn off was the greeter at the door seemed in a frantic state when we came in. It was no ’ hi, welcome to red robin or how are you today?, She just went right in to «it may be a while before we can get you seated» Turns out it didn’t take that long at all.

I used to love going to red robin for weekly dinners, but lately the service has been completely terrible. I haven’t gone here in about a month but decided to give it a try tonight and I’ve never been so disappointed. It was not busy at all, maybe 10 tables, and we were not greeted by our server for over 5 minutes. It came to the point that another server had to come over and ask if we’ve been helped cause he noticed we’ve been waiting for so long. On top of that, our order was incorrect and because we were not checked up by our server at all, we couldn’t ask for a fix. My drink was not refilled for the entire meal and no one seemed to notice that my boyfriend and I were finished eating and waited for over 15 minutes for the bill. I will not be returning to this location and if there was actually a manager on site, I would’ve made a complaint. This was such a disappointment, I’ve never been so angry while eating dinner. Ps– our supposed server who never checked up on us or even took our order is Anna. Never again

Some of the laziest service I have ever received at a Red Robin! The restaurant was practically empty, with one occupied table in the bar area when I arrived at 3:30 pm on a Thursday. I was greeted and seated promptly at the bar, the host provided me with a menu as the bartender was absent at the time. She(the bartender) appeared shortly thereafter and took my order, which was delivered with perfect accuracy and execution in a timely fashion. It all went downhill from there. The bartender disappeared again for at least 10 minutes, maybe longer. I ate half of my BBQ Chicken Wrap(which was excellent, no complaints about the food), and placed my credit card on the bar so the bartender could run it immediately upon resurfacing. I was in a bit of a rush to get back to work. When she reappeared a few minutes later, she asked me if I needed a box(yes) and if I needed anything else(no) and proceeded to print my check. Then, even though my credit card was already out and visibly ready to be run, she dropped my receipt on the bar and disappeared AGAIN without running my card. Unable to see or call for her, I resorted to paying in cash which resulted in her getting no tip because I only had enough cash to pay the tab and not enough time to wait another 10 minutes for her to come back and run my card as she should have done in the first place. If I return to this location, I will not sit at the bar as the service was unsatisfactory, in my opinion. On the upside, the food was excellent and exactly as I ordered. Compliments to the kitchen.

Not a bad Red Robin location. Staff is pleasant, food is predictable and the same as every other red Robin location. Dining room could use a broom and mop more often though.

Painfully mediocre. I love Red Robin as a chain, and plenty of vegan options, but this one is amateur-feeling. They messed up three times in a row on my wife’s burger, mine didn’t have jalapeños. Fries were cold and the service was really lacking. Been there 5 – 6 times and there is always something they mess up. Even if it’s just standing there waiting for a hostess for ten minutes in a near empty restaurant. I don’t think we will be back, despite many friends always wanting to try it.

Be careful if your asked for temperature to specify! Sometimes they may ask red or no red in your burger. I like medium and accidentally said no red. It came back charred. I could taste the char. My bad. Long periods in between visits by waiter. But fair for a quick meal.

Just horrible, dirty dishes left over from previous guests at the table, poor service and slow. Had to wait awhile just to get a table when the place is dead. Been here for 40 minutes and our drinks just now arrived. This red robin has gone to crap. Do not go here!

We have been here for over an hour with three kids under 7. Have not had drink or fry refills for over 30 minutes. No one has come to let us know where the food is. Last time we come here and will let people know how terrible the service is. Food finally came. It was mediocre at best. I really think that there is something about families at this restaurant since others without families have been served well. Was asked how the food looked, but never asked how things tasted. Got only one refill on drink. Over all very poor service and food.

Had an overall bad experience tonight at this Red Robin. Our waiter, Trevor, was excellent. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, etc. Our food, however, took an hour to come out and my burger was burnt and cold. The manager who came to our table was Jeremiah. And he was a total asshole. He offered to «throw my burger back on the grill». I declined as we had already waited an hour and I was starving, and it already had the lettuce/cheese/everything on it so why would I want it thrown back on the grill? Jeremiah was rude, seemed annoyed that he even had to come over to our table, and then proceeded to offer us more«hot fries for free». The fries are already bottomless… We always have great service and food at this red robin but I’d say Jeremiah has to go. Also maybe get some new cooks in the back? Yeah, sounds like a good idea to me.

One of my family’s favorite places to eat. Most of the time, we go around 6pm and it’s usually pretty busy. This causes a little bit of length between ordering to receiving the meals, and refills, but a great majority of the time, they are on it. If it’s busy, it is expected but the team keeps me satisfied with french fries.

So thought we could stop by to kill time and get a quick drink– NOPE! Since we have a baby we could NOT sit in the bar area. We didn’t want to take a table away from anyone who might want to eat a meal or could not sit at a high table. I understand that 21 is the legal drinking age but we have an infant not a toddler and he was sleep. I also get that no one wants to hear a baby cry when they are getting drunk. But this was 1pm on a Sunday — oh well we just left and went to give our money to another place.

So sad to see my childhood burger place has gone downhill. New logo and updated interior didn’t go well with the low quality burger that was chewy and dry. Also found a nice hard piece of something floating around in there. Great for the teeth… Burgers look amazing on the menus and then you dive in to eat it only to be disappointment. Sad day

I go to Red Robin here quite often. Some reason I crave it a lot. Most of the time I absolutely love it especially the new sauces they offer they have really updated. Tonight I tried the burning love burger. I don’t recommend it because the salsa makes the whole burger cold. Other than that always great!

If I was the manager I would recognize that an empty bar is a bad thing. It means your Happy Hour sucks, but these guys don’t care. The place is okay, nothing like frozen burgers and dumb suburban families with plenty of money to waste on mediocre food. But they do have nice TV’s, but the happy hour is terrible. I would like to see ½ price beer if they’re going to charge $ 5.50 for a 16oz, but corporations are going to be corporations.

One of the better Red Robins I have been to. I try to get here once a week. Typically I sit at the bar area. Al is a fantastic bartender that will talk and engage with you and the other customers, is always friendly, and always has good food and beer suggestions, and usually a good story or two. The food I have received here has mostly always been fresh and good. Occasionally you get the slightly old fries, but can ask for fresh ones. And the beer selection has been pretty good compared to most other chain restaurants around the area. Good selection of local craft brews. But really what keeps me going back is good people there like Al.

When you want unlimited steak fries. When you want a burger that will not surprise you by being either poor nor excellent. When you want to go out on a date, but you don’t want to try too hard. Red Robin! It isn’t amazing, but consistently they do a good enough job. This restaurant was clean, the restroom was tidy enough to not make my OCD kick in. The beer was cold. The burger was as pink as corporate America will let me eat it at their establishment. And it was good enough for most any normal purpose. It is not really a nice night out, but as a break to not have to cook at the house, it came as an appreciated break. For the nights that I want the heartburn that only overeating fried foods can deliver, Red Robin and the bottomless fries delivers. They offer a ghost chili burger, which to be honest is a gimmick with so little pepper, it almost tastes like a regular burger with a splash of Tabasco. So, mostly I go for the tried and true Blue Ribbon burger.
