Not sure if we were there on an off day, but the staff was extremely rude. The server literally threw the menus on the table and quickly walked away. They barely could make eye contact and utter a few words. Also, the chicken tasted odd.. . to the point where I had to stop eating it. Being that this was my first time, I may give them one more chance.

This is my favorite me Phở place. Great portions of quality meat and noodles. Good staff.

The orange chicken has no flavor and was mushy wet starch covering over-cooked chicken meat. The pork in the spring roll tasted old. No bails, sprouts or vermicelli noodles. Very disappointing.

We’ve been regulars here for awhile and before today would have given this restaurant a solid 4 for having good phở with good flavor. Still doesn’t compare to some of our favorite places, but still good and close to home. Their other items like the combo noodle bowl and spring rolls are about the same in terms of quality and taste. Today however, we ordered our usuals… a small #15 for me and a medium #16 for him. And I kid you not, in his medium bowl, he was only given no more than 5 pieces of meat! My small bowl had more meat in it than his larger bowl! They are generally pretty generous regarding their meat portions for phở too. So my boyfriend notified them about us being regulars and complained that this is out of the ordinary, and the cook told the server that the meat given is typical of that particular bowl and refused to correct the problem. When we responded that we won’t be coming back, the staff verbalized to each other in Vietnamese that they didn’t care. What irks me is not only did the cook not attempt to rectify the problem, she didn’t even have the nerve to talk to us herself. And being Vietnamese, I was greatly offended hearing her throw a fit in the kitchen 15 feet away shouting in Vietnamese about our complaint. Maybe they weren’t aware that somebody could understand them? Unprofessional. Our business is better suited for a restaurant that actually values their customers.

I have been to this location numerous times, and it never disappoints. The food is served hot and fast and is a very reasonable price.

Reasonably priced and good portions. Flavor was not bad, but the combination bowl(B28) could had stronger flavor. I think we’ll keep looking for something better. Might have been better as dine-in instead of carry-out.

I would give this place 4 star if it just for their food, but unfortunately they have a pretty bad customer service, the server will akmost never throw a smile at u, i came to this place like numerous of time. But still getting the same kind of service. But if u dont care bout service, then this is the phở place to go. i love their phở, they have a good broth, and for me a good broth is a the only key to have a good quality of phở.

Good, solid local alternative to restaurants on Federal. The Phở is good, with a nice sized portion. The prices are slightly high and the food slightly slow out of the kitchen. If you live in the area, it’s worth a try. It isn’t the best Vietnamese restaurant in Denver though.

Good phở, though the broth was a little bland. It was still good broth, dont get me wrong, but it needs the condiments for sure. The veggies were extremely fresh and they also gave bok choy which is rare from my experiences. I ordered a large bowl with rare steak and tendon. The steak and tendon were both prepared very well, and were garnered in generous amounts. The noodles were plentiful and cooked on par, and the portions were huge. Their small and medium are comparable to most phở places regular or larges. Only order the large if you can handle it, and you might want to ask to see the sizes before ordering just to be safe. I finished only because I am a phở king pro… I’ll leave now…

Decent phở, nothing extraordinary but the flavor is good. Service is good. They kept my water refilled which is a plus. Overall I’d go back again.

I always ordered takeout from here and tipped well. However, I will never go back!!! They will skimp if you put in a to-go order even though they already charge an extra .35 cents for each order. I opened up my box and they barely put anything in, a measly portion. Didn’t think I would notice but I did. Too bad because it was close by but they lost 2 customers for good.

I love this place. So hard to find good Phở outside of Federal. Service is quick and consistent.

My wife get take out from here often. We’ve read other reviews that indicated the staff was not friendly? We’ve always had good service. I have to admit that I’ve had the noodle bowl but it’s my favorite. The ambiance is fairly low key. Kid friendly. Just a nice restaurant. Good food.

To be fair, we didn’t order food. Stating that, we did order 2 boba teas, one of our faves any where else. Expecting the traditional boba, what we got instead were shakes with whipped cream piled on top and clusters of boba at the bottom of the cup. Definitely not the traditional I love so much. If I want a milkshake, I’ll order one.

We ordered Phở, spring roll, grilled pork with noodle(B22). The food was really good, fresh & delicious. The price was good for the amount and quality of the food. Very clean & good service.

Phở was ok. Service was good. Ambiance ok. Restaurant was filthy. Bathrooms dirty, cheque tray dirty. Floors littered with food. Will not be returning. There are many places nearby that are better.

Wish their phở had more seasoning. Was ok, the ‘fresh’ basil they brought over was brown and old. We had to ask for another one. Not sure I will go back with so many options around.

Decent PHO place with basic selections. Soup is good although the grilled plates does not compete with those in Federal. Iced coffee seems instant instead of the common drip coffee and mix it yourself variety.

My wife and I came in when they first opened as Phở 333. We didn’t like it. I honestly don’t remember what it tasted like because we were too upset with an middle age-old woman who were greeting us that day. Actually she wasn’t doing anything other than pointing us to a table of her choice. She was pretty rude to us, and we didn’t know why. She could have had a bad day? Apparently, the second time we came in, months later, the restaurant changed its name to Phở 9, and the old woman was nowhere to be found. I hope she was fired. This time we really enjoyed the taste of Phở here. Very decent. We loved it. The bowls were also gigantic. Will keep coming back from time to time.

A big bowl of love for a snowy cold Friday makes for a fabulous lunch. I discovered how close Phở 333 is to us and am really pumped! Good selection on the menu and Phở comes in 3 sizes; S, M, L. I went with the medium and it was huge! Next time I will go for a small for sure but the broth was so delicious and the meat was also tender. Service was mediocre but I will still head back — price is right!
