I don’t know how many times I have to ask in a veggie bowl to have more than one stinking piece of broccoli. I can get over the fact that the staff seems like they would rather be White Christians in an ISIS training facility or just skip that step and set themselves on fire personally, but I digress. Fast food is fast food, I understand that, but this place doesn’t even seem to be trying in all honesty. I had high hopes for a quick place to eat close by, but every time I am in this place I feel like the food is not worth it, the ambience is nonexistent, and I don’t know what I am doing there, throwing money away for no apparent reason.

WORSTSERVICE, filled with jerk teenagers who apparently don’t have the mental capacity to not be rude and useless. In the three times I have been here, the order has been wrong every single time. Once for a to-go order they forgot an entire entrée so we had to drive back. Just unbelievably disappointing. I’ve had Noodles since I was in high school and this location is a mess. Just get it together.

I come to this location a lot for the only fact that it’s a convenient location. But every time I get the same impression: the store is dirty, tables are never clear and the employees look homeless. The have unkept hair of every color of the rainbow, untucked sloppy shirts, facial piercings overload for the food industry. I think the overall impression needs to be looked at by Noodles management. Ken Carl and Aspen Grove are way more appealing.

Ugh, I keep giving this place chances. Last time I went in my salad wasn’t correct and they said I would have to pay for a new one(not even my fault.) Tonight I went in and my Pena rosa had the thickest longest hair in it. DISGUSTING customer service sucks and they never wear gloves or anything. SHOULDPROBABLYCONSIDERWEARINGHAIRNETSAFTERTHAT! barf never again.

Went to Noodles & Company because it’s on our way home from my daughters dance class. I thought we could grab a quick bite to eat on the way home, but ended up waiting 25 minutes for a to go order. The guy that took our order was rude when we ordered, and when I went to the counter to ask if they had forgotten about us he was rude again! Our order had been sitting there all along, and it never occurred to anyone to find out who it belonged to. Once we arrived home with the order, my dinner was made in a small bowl, when I had ordered and paid for a large. I have no issue with the food Noodles produces, but I will never return to this location.

The customer service isnt the best so I’ll give it a 3 star rating but I’ve never had a huge issue with the food. The Pad Thai amd the mac and cheese is delicious and a lot of the choices are pretty decent. I love the big BIG rice Krispy treats you can get too. The food is made pretty fast but is def. Overpriced for what you get and sometimes comes out on the cold side.

I ordered takeout online during dinner hour, and went in to pick it up. They have a line dedicated to people who order ahead, so I went to the line and waited to be helped. A worker who was delivering food came back to the work station and asked another worker to help me. That worker looked at me and said no. Haha, I am serious, just flat out said no. The first worker said just do it, the other worker said no… It was like that for a few uncomfortable seconds until the original guy slammed his tray down and helped me. SUPER awkward. And I don’t blame the guy who actually helped me. he was really busy and the bratty teenager that he asked to help me was being just that — a bratty teenager. But I don’t really expect much. Food was great, as usual. I’ll probably just go to another location from now on when I have a craving.

I’ve been to this location twice. The first time I ordered pad Thai. The noodles were mushy and drowning in salty sauce. Certainly nothing to write home about. I ordered the spicy peanut sauté on my second visit and asked for light sauce. They brought my dish out without any sauce. None at all. So I took my plate to the counter and brought the lack of sauce to their attention. The boy at the counter said he’d have to charge me for«extra sauce.» When I gave him my best«wtf?» face, he said he’d have to ask his manager about it. I went back to my table for about 10 minutes and watched him as he did NOT talk to his manager about it. The noodles were mushy anyway, so I decided to leave and never go back. The end.

Love noodles and company thought I would add a better review since what the other review order sounds disgusting. Lol. Get the butter noodles with the Parmesan chicken.

ok so you can probably blame this review on my poor choice of food. I had an idea of what I wanted then I made it to the front and realized that they now have pork roast as a meat option. Well the pork was good and the mac and cheese was good, but the crispy onion straws and bbq sauce on top was not so good. I would have loved the idea if they had gotten rid of the onion stuff. I have eaten at a noodles and company before and got nauseous from the way it smelt inside for some reason. Though I try not to hold that unpleasant experience against all of the N&C’s I still cant help but remember it.
