My husband wanted a pair of glasses that LensCrafters had in stock. The process to order them was quick, friendly and no pressure. I really appreciated the sales associate who was willing to look at different options and compare prices. The icing on the cake… she told us his glasses would be ready in only an HOUR! Who does that anymore? Super impressed… thanks LensCrafters!

After having to coming back three times because they sold me lenses that would not work with the frames they suggested for me they STILL haven’t been able to get my order taken care of.
Erica in particular was less than helpful, though their lens tech Kris or Keith was the only one who seemed to know what was going on.

In need of an eye exam and updated contacts, i ventured over to Lenscrafters to get the job done. After filling out lots of paper work & a quick eye exam, time for contacts and ordering :)
basically…
1. the staff is super friendly, helpful and isn’t out to make you buy the most expensive thing!
2. the store is always clean, full of merchandise and cool.
i’ve been coming here for years, and despite what justin s has to say, i think this lenscrafters is quite nice :)

I ordered a pair of sunglasses here and was told it would only take 10 days to have them cut for my prescription.
It took 27 days. I was lied to every 3 days when I would call to check the status. I understand things can get messed up but I would prefer that they be honest with me and not feed me a bunch of bull each time I spoke with them. The excuses they started to give me towards day 18 were getting ridiculous and not even possible unless the laws of psychics do not apply in Lenscrafters.
I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!
