I do not know why they had this location down for remodel for several months, it looks exactly the same. Today I came in on a day where everything is 40% off, to get a staple pair of black pants. Of course I can’t find my size and of course there’s no one to help me. This is why I will shop online.

This particular Gap lacks all available sizes in clothing. I went in looking for a plain, black sweater. They had two piles of these, but ALL of them were small and extra small. No medium, no large, no extra large, every single sweater was a small. I never thought of Gap/​Old Navy, etc. as sizeist companies, it just appears to be this particular store’s ordering policy. I won’t be going back here.

I have always received far better customer service at this location as opposed to any other! The staff is always ready to help and knowledgeable about the product. Sometimes the promotions they do are confusing, but the help I get it great.

Highlands Ranch, CO
The two GAP stores closest to me are this one and Park Meadows. This one is BY FAR my favorite of the two. It just has a more relaxed, friendly, and happy shopping vibe.
The store is big, clean, and organized well. The selection is great, for both new and sale items. (I often find incredible deals on the sale rack. Blazer for $ 20? — yep. Skirt for $ 2? — yep.) The fitness wear section is pretty big and stocked well. And, the employees are very good about greeting you, informing you of any sales or promotions, and assisting when necessary. This store, pretty much single-​handedly, restored my love for the GAP.

it’s big. it has ALL departments in it from baby to adult
the staff is far nicer than the one at park meadows
and the selection is great
if you like the Gap then this is the one in the area to go to.
