I really like it when I find a great clearance item — which happens the majority of time.
Unfortunately the check out is always slow so be prepared to stand in line.

I was in this location a few weeks ago and found a Trench coat that I really liked. However and as everyone knows, you should rarely pay full retail price for clothes.
Sure enough, I got a ‘Wed only 40% off’ coupon’ and went back there today. The staff were polite and both times, greeted you as you’re walking in. As you’re browsing, a sales associate will approach you and ask if you need any help.
The one drawback today though is the continuous push to a BR credit card. Both the sales associate and the cashier asked, twice each.
My overall experience is a 4 but will only give it a 3 due to the credit card sales tactics.

I had extraordinary service at this Banana Republic today. I have a hard time finding my size. When I walked in, the clerk who asked if she could help me happened to be my size and my age. Five great pairs of pants later, I was a happy girl!!!
So, bottom line — great service and great selection.
