I have been fortunate to work with Avalon Photography on numerous occasions, and can’t recommend them highly enough. Marie is a true artist. She has photographed me several times; in fact, the headshots that she took of me during a test shoot several years ago landed me a modeling agent here in New York City, where I now model for print and television advertising campaigns. Her shots remain in my portfolio, and casting directors/​clients continue to be impressed by them. She is one of the warmest and most professional photographers with whom I have worked. I certainly intend to shoot with her again!

Marie is as kind and professional as they come. She is amazing with kids, and really seeks to capture the essence of the people she photographs. It’s obvious she has a great passion for people and for photography, which makes doing a session with her a real pleasure. Her photographs are exceptional as well, and I appreciate the versatility of styles she’s able to work with — from the classic portrait to the artsy and dramatic, she tailors the shoot to your style, personality and needs. I will definitely work with Avalon Photography again.
