I have been here a couple of times, since it opened. The first time they shorted me on my change by a dollar that I didn’t figure out until I got home. It wasn’t worth driving back to get the dollar back. The second time they got my name wrong during the lunch rush, so my food just sat on the counter instead of getting to me. Hence, the front desk area is not the best in the world to say the least. The food is pretty much your typical fast food type and is cooked properly, so I have no real beef with it. However, the efficiency of the team is something to be desired.

You know what to expect from an Arby’s: healthier-than-McD’s tasty fasty food. This location delivers exactly what you expect. It’s never as pretty as it is in the commercials, but it’s always pretty good, and you can’t go wrong with curly fries. The drive through can be a bit slow, but order accuracy is alway good. No complaints for decent food in a hurry.

Would have scored higher but the wait times here vary dramatically. The manager named Jessica is great. Always goes out of way to be friendly.

I saw a commercial lately… it basically said, «Hey, you know how all of those fast food joints make you tired? Not Arby’s!» Apparently, Arby’s is the«good mood food». Yeah, okay then. NO. I think Arby’s should be sued for false advertising. Every time I see a commercial for Arby’s, there’s a big, juicy sandwich sitting there on my screen. When I go to Arby’s, it looks like maybe they made that sandwich for me, then they put that sandwich on the floor and took turns stomping on it. I have never, ever ordered something here that looked /anything/like their commercials. Now, I’m taking into consideration all other fast food joints — their commercials are always bullshit. This one, though? No. All of their food looks ridiculously sad when it gets to your tray. Sad, and I won’t eat there again. I am NOT thinking Arby’s.
