Went in today for lunch & only saw one employee who was handling food wearing gloves. Kinda skinny blonde girl. Good job to you… As for the other employees however… Had to come back the same night for my gf about 9pm and waited in the drive through for over 25 minutes…

The four for $ 4 menu is not a choice of options. You can only get the four items as a meal. Which the tatooed girl with nose piercings will explain to you as if you are mentally challenged, when you arrive to pay.
So this us the essence of deceptive practices. Wendy’s store number 407 742 and Alexandria will need to correct this. I will place a photo of the menu later this week after a response. Wendy’s Englewood

This Wendy’s just finished a remodel, but has the same problems.
The frosty machine has been junk for years. It cranks out half melted frosty’s that you have suck down before it turns to liquid. You would think after spending big bucks on a remodel they could fix the junkyard frosty machine.
Problem 2, I asked for a burger without the condiments, and apparently they figured lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles were all condiments. $ 4 for a plan single? I was home before I unwrapped my burger and found out.

The new Tuscan chicken was fresh, hot, and very tasty. The ingredients looked like they were just bought at a local farmers market. Clean location both inside and out with fast courteous service.

Pretty good Wendy’s. A line in the drive-​thru they handle it well. They know how to get an order right as well and don’t get upset if you’re taking a while to decide what else you want.
The menu is nicely displayed as well and they have ample parking.
Ordered the newly added pretzel burger with fries and I got it in the ¼ lb burger. They do put alot of lettuce and tomato and onions and pickles on it. Kinda detracts away from the burger.
But Blame corporate not this Wendy’s. Otherwise the burger is tasty and the pretzel is moist and tastes like it was boiled the only thing missing is pretzel cheese in my opinion which would work well for dipping the fries in too.

Corporate giveth, and corporate taketh away. There are two things Wendy’s has done extremely right in the last year: Cheesy Cheddar Burgers, and the most incredible fast food breakfast ever. And now both are things of the past: as of 2/​25, Wendy’s is discontinuing its breakfast pilot at all locations except SW Plaza. Wendy’s is still an ok place to stop off for a burger, but they’ve taken away everything that made me an enthusiastic fan. What a shame.
