Just an update to my 2010 review. The shopping center has grown considerably along with several outparcel that have been completed. The cinema (now operated by another chain B&B) still draws a lot of people here and it’s great that the Apple Store finally opened in 2011. Another great thing is the restaurants here are pretty good, highlighted by Big Orange, Local Lime, and YaYa’s (though, I wasn’t too high on Del Frisco’s Grille but it is a nice addition to the area). There is still issues of store vacancy, especially on the end towards DSW which needs to be addressed but I’m optimistic that more stores will finally open up shop here.

Nice clean, modern, outside shopping center. We visited the Apple Store and plan to go back today to look at some other stores. Seemed to have a nice variety of store in the shopping center. Plenty of sitting for men to wait while we shop lol. Very easy location to fine and the movie theater on the grounds was a nice addition

There is nothing but J. Crew for menswear.
The maternity store is the best in town and carries high-​end brand jeans.
The public restroom situation is terrible. They’re not centrally located. They’re down on the dead end of the mall which now at least has Homegoods, so I’m going to start parking on that end.
Friday nights it’s unbearable with wild children running around but otherwise it’s a must for your Apple store fix.

not sure why this place only has 3 stars but I like this shopping area. It has a variety of stores and very modern looking. Pletny of parking and nice variety of sit down restaurants. There is also a movie theater too. Its located in a easy to get to area as well. They have a bunch of stores that the mall does not. I always try to go for a visit when i’m back home. The nike store is plenty much the best one esp since its a factory outlet

This was a lovely shopping and dining area. I visited this part of Little Rock while on holiday in early August. My mom and I just drove around the Chenal Valley area and took a joyride through the promenade. I was surprised and pleased to see high-​end brands like Apple and J. Crew represented in Arkansas. The IMAX looked like it was the place to be!
Overall, this upscale area was reminiscent of Utica Square in Tulsa, OK or Town Center Plaza in Leawood, KS.

Fairly new. Not very much here but a couple eateries, boutiques and a movie theater. However, it does have potential…
Perhaps when I visit next, it will be a happening place… But for now, it’s doable given its surrounding sleepy area.
