Sonic Drive-In

Got to window asked they has Splenda yes, then after giving us our coffee it was some pink crap. Burger was cold and cheese not melted and worse of all they didn’t give us our change and when we realized it we were to far up to pass window. The line was awful so they got a large tip and terrible service.

I went to pick up a sonic drink last week because let’s face it nobody can top their ice however I encountered a RUDE snarky server who charged me Twice for my order. I paid with my debit card on the order location then she demanded cash when I told her I paid she them said flippantly if I had my bank statement showing I paid? HUH? First of all I just paid so hello no I do not have my statement then she makes a huge production so I handed her my cash and said I am not going to be back and she said good! WTH happened to customer service? My bank is slower about posting credit transactions so I have been checking and low and behold there is a Sonic transaction for the soda posted today! I am a huge fan of Sonic but not this one. Shame on you for stealing and I know I can’t be the first. DO NOT go to this location without being aware they will steal from you.

Awesome Turtle Molten Chocolate Sundae… I wasn’t expecting it to be this tasty & of course vanilla cone!
