I love this place. I always get the chicken and cheddar sandwich. It’s always been consistent. I tried the broccoli cheddar soup today too. It was very good and was not salty like a lot of cheese soups can be.

TL;DR Review: If you’re in the mood for a sandwich, go there right now! It seemed like the design of the counter was a bit abnormal, probably mostly because there wasn’t a line when I walked in. So I walked up to the place nearest to the door, which is actually where you pay. I should have gone to the END of the counter to begin the ordering process. I was redirected pretty quickly and courteously by the cashier. I encountered one problem at the restaurant, and that is understanding what I was being asked by the person who was making my sandwich. I *think* she was asking me if I wanted it toasted? Anyway, if that’s the case, the answer was yes, and she toasted it. Perfectly. I ordered the italian sub and ate it with Zapp’s BBQ chips. Would re-do that whole experience to the letter. I had it with onion, lettuce, italian spice, and oil. It was exactly what I want in a sandwich; no ingredient stole the show, yet you could taste them all individually. I got out of there for under $ 7(but I didn’t order a drink), which seems these days to be a good price for a sandwich and chips. Makes me think I might need to go again today!

2 stars because we didn’t get food poisoning. Sandwiches are pretty pathetic. They are relatively inexpensive but they were small and underwhelming. It’s as if the restaurant was trying to save on cost. We could have gone anywhere better. It was just a waste of time to eat here.

As it seems several others expressed, I wasn’t impressed. Six inch sandwich that cost as much as any footlong at Subway and no say in how much of the vegatables you prefer. Didn’t get the tomatoes I asked for and bacon was burnt black. Must say there is definitely too many other sandwich choices more customer friendly to go back. Oh, but staff was very nice.

Decent sandwich, nothing special. The ordering setup is kind of awkward, and extremely tall counters. I wouldn’t recommend for short people or those in wheelchairs.

Great food and great service. If you are in a hurry and want good eats, this is the place for you! I had The Wreck sandwich and my wife had the broccoli cheese soup. Both were awesome! I will definitely be back. Soon.

Great lunch spot in Midtown. I had the Italian or some variation of it. The place is in competition with Newk’s and Panera nearby but was packed. Unique ordering experience, clean and the atmosphere is super cool. As a sandwich connoisseur I’ll try it again.

Great affordable sandwiches, not a very large menu but your classic options. The owner must have some ties to Catholic High, Mount Saint Marys and Central High because there’s memorabilia from each school on the walls along with your usual Razorback signage. I recommend this for anyone wanting a solid sandwich for lunch. You can also expect someone to be playing guitar live on Friday afternoons.

I thought it was ok kind of agree it like a lot of the other sandwich places. I got the Italian and tried the Italian seasoning was not crazy about the seasoning so I won’t be doing that again. My daughter got a salad and loved it. My sister got a pizza sandwich and thought it was delicious. We each got a shake nothing special about that what so ever. I would try it again the staff is very friendly but I won’t go out if the way to ho back

Really great sandwich. A friend of mine complained because they don’t have black olives. I hate black olives so this is a plus. Friendly staff, great sandwiches, and reasonable prices.

I think potbellys is just another run of the mill sandwich place. Didn’t really do anything for me. Wasn’t great, wasn’t terrible. Bread was ok. Again, nothing mind blowing. But they do not even offer black olives as a sandwich topping, so i won’t be back. What kind of build your own sandwich place does not even OFFER black olives? The manager in town to help open the store even admitted that at her home store people complain about the lack of black olives. Seems like an easy thing to fix. With newk’s next door, the decision is pretty easy. Panera is also next door, but i would probably go to potbellys over panera.
