Awesome smoothies. My wife and i loved them. Tacos are surprisingly good. They got my order wrong first time do they made it again for free and even gave me extra. Wish we had these in Texas.

Employees are terrible at this location. They are so rude and always get my order wrong. It also takes forever.

Smoothies are good (only reason for stars) but service is unacceptably rude. This has happened every time I’ve gone there. Two girls at register rather have a conversation. I had to wait till they were ready, even asked if I can order, they still made me wait and only then took my order when they were ready, heavy on the passive aggressive. Manager needs to clean house.

Two stars only because the smoothies are actually delicious and look healthy. But employees at this place are horrible. Forgot my order. Half he later rinsed them. Forgot it again !! Jeez. I recommend calling in and picking it up. If u r ok with their attitude.

Employee «LeLe» is rude and unprofessional. I asked if she liked the Mojo Tacos, and she rolled her eyes and snapped, «Never tried em.» Okay. Nice attitude. The smoothies can’t be beat, but the service is heinous. A representative did contact me with an apology, so I will be giving it another try and will hopefully be able to update with a higher rating.

Out wasting time before a friend’s wedding festivities and lunch time came upon us. We were at the Target down the way from this place and decided to give it a try. My brother has always spoken so highly of the one near him in Ohio, so I thought it was probably a safe bet.
Trying to find a place where a one year old can eat something isn’t usually too difficult, but Tropical Smoothie Café probably wasn’t the best option. Oh well. He ate enough and he’s still living. I had some sort of Jerk Chicken salad and a green smoothie. The salad wasn’t anything to write home about, but the smoothie was yummo! I mean, can you really mess up a smoothie though? I don’t recall what the hubs ordered, but he seemed to enjoy his meal too. I did think the servings were rather skimpy for what you paid. Not so much on the smoothies, but just on the food offerings.
I would try this place again, but only if there weren’t other more favorable options.
