This review has little to do with The food at this particular McDonalds; its McDonalds after all. What irritates me is the lack of donation drop in the drive through for Ronald McDonald house. I always drop my change, it’s a great organization this franchisee doesn’t support at the drive through window. I’m told they do have a drop indoors but when I want a quick iced coffee I’m not going inside. I’ve asked numerous times but no success.

AVOIDAVOIDAVOID! 1 star is too good for this place!!! Everyone behind the counter was playing, not working, & it was basically dead customerwise. The guy at the counter was a complete idiot. You would’ve thought that we were ordering stuff they don’t even have. My mom had to repeat her order 3 times. Me, I tried to learn from this & still had to repeat mine twice. Then to top it off, the man making the coffee drinks had to ask us what we ordered. Um, doesnt it appear on your computer screen? Why should i have to do your job for you? Next time i’m walking the extra block to starbucks-at least they hire people with brains.

Great store. Great team. You have the option to go upstairs and dine in. Not many McDonalds have a 2nd floor. This store also receives a great amount of traffic as its the only one in the area. Watch out for cars as you try to enter, they cover both exits. Last but not least wait times can be a tad bit longer during peak hours. Always check your food before leaving in peak hours. They do a good job but they have way to many customers.

Avoid like the plague. Had a family member in the hospital and this was nearby. Big mistake. Waited 15 minutes in line(my husband went to Taco Bell next door and finished his meal before I even received mine). Once I reached the counter, the employee couldn’t be botherd to take the coffee straw out of his mouth while taking my order. Oh, it gets better. Then to the condiment station, which was out of ketchup, ice, and napkins. Seriously? Was there no manager on duty that day? Can’t even remember the food but sure it was standard McDinalds fare. I should’ve known better than to expect a fine dining experience :)
