I have no ties to this store or skin in this game but created my first Unilocal account specifically to provide feedback on this store. I have had the same experience as the other recent poster. I too have been a customer since the store was owned by Premium Pets and have noticed the same decline in customer service over the last several months. The employees seem more inclined to spend time on their personal cell phones and on restocking than on customers. To add insult to injury, both two and four legged customers are equally ignored, or treated with an indifferent attitude that borders on being rude. This isn’t the fun, welcoming, customer-​focused store it used to be.

Went looking for a natural non-​allergenic pet odor spritz and found much more… Toys, food, you name it and it comes with a full guarantee-​replace or refund. Can’t beat that. Plus VERY friendly and helpful service.
