They exceeded my expectations and that is hard to do. Perfection is not for everyone. Not everyone wants to take a custom car and have Apple CarPlay synced and audio balanced to the interior, then drop the convertible top and not have the wind interfere with the richness of the sound. You need these folks.
Auto Audio is staffed by exceptional professionals that treat their work like the art and science that it is. This isn’t just a job to them. You can feel it from the moment you walk through the front doors. I was welcomed by friendly staff and they listen to exactly what I wanted to do. Next, they asked questions to fully understand my needs. Other places never even thought to ask me what my needs were. They just tried to sell me things. Auto Audio took the time to explain everything to me and provided me with a written line item quote before beginning any work. It is clear they are genuinely focused on customer care, not just selling things.
Auto Audio is not like those other car audio places with part-​time amateurs and no understanding of electrical principles. The listening room is very nice and it doesn’t hurt that the ceiling is lined with awards, trophies, and testimonials that demonstrate their long history of exceptional customer satisfaction and value to their customers. The waiting lounge area is comfortable and has a television screen. The layout of the showroom and store is very clean and organized. I peeked in their installation bay and it was equally clean and organized. This tells me they are strategic in thought and know how to perform the work without unplanned mistakes.
