This is a great place to come during the weekdays when it’s not crowded. I love the toddler times. This is a nice place for the kids to run and bounce off the walls and get rid of all their energy before nap time or bedtime. During the busier times(weekends) there are a lot of older kids that go all crazy but you can’t control everyone. The pit is pretty fun for the little ones too. Love the open space and how they section off areas for the little ones. Management or the owners were very responsive to messages and very nice so that’s a plus! The last time we were there, the bathrooms were smelly & disgusting, but I’m glad it was only that one time so thank you! Overall, a must go to place for kids!

This place is ingenious! The kids have a blast and so can the parents. There’s games like basketball and dodgeball to play plus regular jumping. I was pleased with the amount of staff present to ensure safe jumping, also. My only complaint is the prices but I still feel it’s worth it every once in a while since my son sleeps great the nights we go. Lol

Management and training is badly needed. Their process for checking in and paying isn’t clear. If it is a Saturday there is no where to sit. spoons were empty at the yogurt machine. All of the drinks were room temperature presumably because they don’t stock from the back. At least it didn’t look that way. There may or may not be someone working at the snack bar. We did find seats there eventually and the one guy working was totally overwhelmed and then would just disappear. Also handling cash with his gloved hand. This doesn’t keep the food sanitary. Other employees came behind the snack bar and seemed perplexed no one was working there and they would wander off. They would send people to the front counter to pay and the front would send them back to the snack bar and no employee there to pay. I watched it happen three different times. Another guy got tired of waiting. He went to the front and they told him to just walk behind the counter and get what he wanted. What? What kind of customer service is that? The kids had fun but I found the rest of it annoying and really surprising that no one was working half of the time and I never saw management that seemed to care or any management for that matter. Just teenagers who seemed lost.

This place is amazing! I took my son here today for toddler time and it was affordable and casual. Not very busy but very well maintained and friendly staff. There were young teens working and supervising perspective areas and a manager at a side table doing her thing. Overall we loved it and definitely coming back.

Tried to take my boyfriend here for his birthday for something special, but the girl working the counter was so snarky an downright mean to us when we got confused over when to go to the counter that we left without even trying out the trampolines. The trampolines themselves were so filled with little kids that you couldn’t really have fun and bounce around for fear of smashing into them. Not worth the time or money, it looks fun, but is a total let down.

The idea of this place is really cool. The actual implementation is way off. My friends and I wanted to try something new on a Saturday night, so we purchased tickets ahead of time– per the Altitude FAQs to reserve your spot, including a $ 1.95 convenience fee. We also signed our waivers online so we would be good to go. When we arrived, we had to ask 3 different workers before someone could tell us if we had to stand in line if we already bought tickets online. Finally we were told that yes, even though we paid online, that we had to stand in line. So we stood in line for 30 minutes, got to the counter, and asked to speak to a manager. The manager told us, in a not-so-customer-friendly manner that of course you have to stand in line even though you paid online. He said the website and the actual jump park are 2 completely separate things, so when you«reserve a spot» online, you are not, in fact, actually reserving a spot at the time slot for which you signed up. So what about that $ 1.95 «convenience» fee you have to pay online, then? Because it was not at all convenient to buy online, then stand in line for 30 minutes. We asked to be refunded the convenience fee, which the manager told the cashier to do and walked away without another word. The actual jump park was fine, but not great. There were tons of unwatched kids constantly under your feet. The customer service was bad– the workers did not seem trained and when they did not know an answer, did not refer you to another worker. The price is a bit high, especially considering the lack of customer service. I’m sure this place will be popular because it is something new to do for kids and adults alike, but it could be really great if they got their business model set and were more customer friendly – why not an express lane for those who buy tickets online? or kid-only zones/adult-only zones? or sell socks in case people forget to bring them? or have a manager that is friendly to customers?

Something new and fun in Little Rock. My kids love it. I think the prices are steep, but its something we will do as an occasional treat. I do like the toddler time for my younger kiddos.(M-F 10 – 1, kids six and under, priced like $ 7.50) I would NEVER bring them to the regular jump time – way too many rowdy kids/teens. My oldest is 8 and he does fine during regular jump times. I will say this place is crazy busy on weekends – my mother tried to bring my oldest and stood in line for 30 minutes before giving up and leaving. They have more than just trampolines – dodge ball, a pit, basketball(eventually). My only suggestion is they add more benches for adult seating.
