This is one of my favorite Zaxby’s to come to. Especially when I want some chicken while I’m perusing the mall. I’ll just drive on over (right across from Stonecrest). It seems that the service is on the decline, as well as the amount of food. But the prices went up as well. It fluctuates. Once I came here and it was $ 499 for a meal, then $ 5.29, then $ 6, then back to $ 4.99, now up to $ 6.29 I believe. Still not bad for a meal though. But worth a mention. Usually get quick service, but this time it was a bit slower. This location is usually not that crowded.

Had the wings and things. teriyaki wings had enough sauce. fries were fresh not over cooked or recooked and mushrooms were nice and crisp. Medium drink was huge. fast service no complaints here

This is the slowest Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. Been in line going on 15 minutes with only five cars in front of me when I started.

Very slow always. I sat in line for 30 minutes just so they could tell me that they can’t make chicken tenders or fries they are so incompetent but that’s how it is in the hood.

I love this place in fact all the ones I have been too have been great with service, cleanliness, and the food. If I dine in or out the service is fast and I have never had anything out of place. Great prices also. My favorite is the wings n things sweet n spicy like me.

Great quality grilled chicken more on the healthy side, great service I was in and out of the drive thru less then 5 minutes. Opens 1 hour later when I can’t make it to Chick Fil A on time, craving chicken. Will be back definetley.

If you are looking for a drive thur in the Stonecrest area this is one of your best options.
This place is only crowded in the afternoon and still manages to move pretty fast. It always less crowed than your only other chickfala (which is more difficult to get in and out if too)
As far as food goes mostly it is stellar. Cooked fresh, it is always hot.
This loses a star for its food through. While it is almost always great, I have gotten burn food before. Food that should have never left the kitchen. Usually, the problem on onions rings and similarly fried items.
If I was lucky enough to check it before pulling off, saying I didn’t want burnt food always got me some fresh with no argument. I can’t complain about customer service. An annoyance not worthy of 5 stars that I have to ask for it.
Despite the random chance of this happening this it still in the top 3 drive thrus in the area.

This is not a full review, as I walked out after receiving rude customer service– I was scoffed away at the register. The lady who placed an order before me did not have a method of payment, and left the register to go get money from someone not in line with her. I waited almost 4 minutes before walking out. Who knows how long I may have stood there with the cashier staring at me, after saying «EXCUSE ME, she’s not done with HER ORDER,» when I attempted to place mine when the other customer walked away. The other portion of this visit that infuriated me, was that not only did the cashier not help me, but the manager walked up to chat with her, leaving me standing there, hungry and chickenless. I won’t return to this Zaxby’s again, and I’ll tell everyone I know in the area to save themselves the trouble. It’s a good thing that I’m a huge fan of Zaxby’s, typically, or else I may have sworn allegiance to Chick fil A on the spot.

I thought Zaxby’s was the best food I’ve had in a while. If your ever in the neighborhood and want great food for a low price Zaxby’s is where to go. My favorite sandwich is the Cajan Club it’s the absolute best sandwich in my opinion.

In January of 2013 I got a new job. The office has a Conyers address but the office is only like 1.5 miles from the Stonecrest Mall area. Many things in this area lack in quality compared to other franchise type locations of various restaurants and such. Example… the stonecrest mall area is home to the worst firehouse subs location I have ever seen, the worst Taco Bell, one of the worst steak and shakes etc…
However, Zaxby’s bucks that trend. This particular location has been very solid. Service is usually quick, there is never a big crowd, the food is almost always hot and fresh, but when it is not, the manager replaces it with no attitude. I have been about 6 times and have never really had a bad experience.

As someone who loves Zaxby’s this is my favorite one. The store is always clean, the staff has always been extremely polite, and most importantly their food always tastes great. There is another Zaxby’s about the same distance from me and I always pick this one if I have the choice.

THE TOAST that is alll im going to say oomg its soo good hot and soft mmmhmmm deeeeliiish, the chicken is good i get the chicken tenders or chicken salad with honey mustard. The service was great clean and everything. i loooove it i rather go here then a kfc lol best fast food out there
